🔔After booking, please provide your email address so we can send you a guest registration form. This will allow you to retrieve your parking pass from the association.
🔔Pool tags will be provided for access to the community pool area.
🔔If you use the Pinellas Bayway (the road connecting St. Petersburg to St. Pete Beach), you'll pass through a toll plaza. If you don't have a SunPass, the toll will be billed to your vehicle using Toll-By-Plate based on your license plate. You do not need a SunPass to get to St. Pete Beach.

- Only park in designated guest parking areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed per HOA regulations.

Nice condo, roomy, clean and had everything we needed. Great location near St. Pete Beach, Fort DeSoto and for us, Eckerd College. Downtown St. Pete is less than 20 minutes away. The parking pass situation was a bit complicated because we had multiple cars and could only register one of them for our parking spot, but it worked out okay. I would go back to this place for sure.

We do want to gently clarify that our check-in instructions note that any additional vehicles must be communicated to us in advance so we can properly register them with Resource Property Management. Unfortunately, we weren’t made aware that there would be multiple vehicles prior to arrival. Unregistered vehicles are not permitted in the community and may be subject to towing, which is why we always make sure this is arranged ahead of time for guest convenience and peace of mind. We’re a bit disappointed with the 4-star rating, especially as we strive to communicate these details clearly and ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Great experience! This condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed and then some! Carla and Jewel were so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The whole process was so easy. And I really appreciated all the extra towels provided (sometimes it's the little things that make a vacation). Pool was gorgeous, as were the grounds. My whole family had a great time and I would absolutely recommend this unit.

Great location, clean condo, well decorated beach theme.

This place is perfect! The location is convenient to the beaches and St Petersburg. The condo is well maintained and clean. Interior decoration is pretty and relaxing. Communications with the host is very clear. Will book again if we are coming back to this area.

We have loved our stay! This was a last minute Fall Break trip (booked the night before type of last minute). Despite our last minute booking, the unit was completely ready for our arrival. It had everything we could have asked for in addition to a cozy home feel. Updated kitchen, beds were beyond comfortable and the couch was perfect for morning reading and family movie night.The owners were great and easy to reach if needed! We are so excited to have found this rental and hope it's available the next time we venture to the beach!

Had we known earlier about the warning, we absolutely would’ve stepped in to clarify things and assist however we could. Your comfort is genuinely important to us. Regarding your suggestion about adding more dishes and a stove, we hear you clearly. As a newly managed listing, we're actively working on upgrades and are grateful for helpful input like yours.
