Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- All guests are required to sign a Renter Agreement prior to check-in. This helps us maintain clear communication and uphold community standards.
- While we adore pets, the Isla del Sol community does not permit them in rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Only park in designated guest parking areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed per HOA regulations.

Great location, clean condo, well decorated beach theme.

This place is perfect! The location is convenient to the beaches and St Petersburg. The condo is well maintained and clean. Interior decoration is pretty and relaxing. Communications with the host is very clear. Will book again if we are coming back to this area.

We have loved our stay! This was a last minute Fall Break trip (booked the night before type of last minute). Despite our last minute booking, the unit was completely ready for our arrival. It had everything we could have asked for in addition to a cozy home feel. Updated kitchen, beds were beyond comfortable and the couch was perfect for morning reading and family movie night.The owners were great and easy to reach if needed! We are so excited to have found this rental and hope it's available the next time we venture to the beach!
