We are 1.5 blocks from the heart of the best part of downtown SB. You don't need a car, it's safe, gorgeous, clean and well done. We offer great bikes to borrow and can even pick you up from the train station or airport.
This is our second unit at the same location as our VRBO#180978, which you can review. Our area is really a special get-away for any occasion.

About the owner: Caron and Doug are fabulous hosts, and details are very important to them. They have gotten nothing but rave reviews about their first VRBO property #180978 and what they offer. They have just added this unit to their property. Caron is women's accessory designer and Doug is an architect and their place emits both of their love and talents.
Why the Owner Chose Oak Park (Santa Barbara, CA, USA):
Best location to downtown and the beach. It's really in the heartland of active part of Santa Barbara that includes theater, great dining, great museums and shopping. You really don't need a car if you stay at this location. Very safe neighborhood and quiet. Nice bicycles available to borrow to cruise around town.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We have just completed the front unit, which is great if 2 couples or 2 family groups want to be close but not in the same space. Front unit has amazing patio, middle unit has great garden area to hang in, read and enjoy an amazing succulent garden with water features and cozy furniture. This place is impeccably clean and the standards that are kept by the owners makes this place so special.
