Get adventurous with multiple fourteeners, extreme and moderate hiking, biking, 4 wheeling, horseback riding, world class fishing, and much more right at your fingertips. The neighborhood features access to a 13’er and the closest trail is only 1.5 miles away; it’s an easy 1 1/2 miles and dog friendly. Fairplay and Alma are each just 10 minutes away with saloons, restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery, winery, and shopping. Because Fairplay is very centrally located, it’s easy to launch to Buena Vista, Salida, Kenosha Pass, and multiple wilderness areas.

After your Colorado adventures, cozy up with a hot cocoa in front of the wood burning fireplace. If it’s warm, relax on the large deck and watch the wildlife and the abundant stars. There is satellite television, STARLINK internet, streaming availability, blue ray, and lots of DVDs for family movie night.
