Perfect home in a perfect location. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. The house was immaculate, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We will definitely book this home again for future visits to Mt. Pleasant!

Property is as advertised, beautiful house, very clean, spacious, in a very safe and quite neighborhood. Claudia was a dream to work with and very responsive to questions. She even left a small welcoming gift for us. Check in and out was easy. Property is within 15 minutes of downtown Charleston, 10 minutes to Patriot Point, and 10 minutes to a beautiful beach at Isle of Palms. The kitchen was very well supplied with all the utensils needed to prepare meals and the bathrooms had hair dryers aand plenty of towels. We especiaally liked the sun room looking out into the back yard. We spent almost all of our down time just setting in the sun room watching the squirrels, misc. birds and humming birds. It was so peaceful and relaxing. For our family this was the perfect location when visiting Charleston SC.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is all about Mount Pleasant charm to me! I fell in love the minute I saw this house when I purchased in 2018. You can't ask for a better location! It's convenient to the beaches and downtown and I have the sweetest neighbors. I began to Airbnb my home when I got married in 2021. I now reside on Shem Creek, which is only a 10 minute drive away from my Airbnb keeping me close to this home I love so much and my wonderful neighbors.

What makes this property unique

One of the previous owners was a gardener and started a beautiful garden in the backyard, which I have maintained. I got so inspired by this backyard and my parent's love of gardening that I joined The Garden Club of Charleston. My favorite thing to do is drink coffee in the sunroom and watch the birds at the birdfeeder.
