Penthouse disappointment

Booked the Penthouse but had to switch rooms to a smaller suite due to the AC not working even after maintenance inspected it. I was really surprised how dirty the couch in the Penthouse was. The seat cushions were so filthy I could see brown discoloration. This was surprising because the hotel and rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Everything looked immaculate. Front desk reception was professional, responsive, and got us into a very nice 3 bedroom suite. He apologized for the inconvenience and made the transition easy. Even though the new suite was lovely, the TV did not work in the living room which was irritating. Beds were extremely comfortable and the double showerheads were fabulous. The TV worked in the bedroom. Pools/hot tubs were nice/clean.
