Do not strip the beds but please start a load of towels in the washer. The washer is on the first floor with outdoor access on the right side of the home as you walk out.
The garbage cans are located in the alleyway on your left as you walk out of the home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The Cushman House was built in 1906, in the historic North Slope district. This completely updated duplex has one upstairs unit (Cushman A) and one ground-floor unit (Cushman B). The Cushman House is bright and warm and centered in Tacoma's newest, most up-and-coming 6th Avenue neighborhood. This historic home is located between Proctor/UPS, West Slope, and Downtown, and is within walking distance of most destinations or an easy bus ride on the #1 route. All hospitals, UW Tacoma, Tacoma Dome, and Joint Base Lewis-McChord are also in close proximity. Mt Rainier is approximately 2 hours away.
