Amazing Oceanview at Beach Villas at Ko Olina

Looking to enjoying your vacation up close and personal with Hawaii's beautiful beaches and ocean? This oceanfront villa is the one for you! You'll be impressed with the spectacular unobstructed ocean view. It's one of the rare villas that is situated in the resort so the ocean and beach is right in front of you almost as if you can touch it!

This luxury villa is located in the Beach Tower (closest tower to the ocean and beach) on the 8th floor in the stack next to the end cap ocean front villas (B808). The villa faces northwest, and at certain times of the year you can enjoy the sunset from the lanai (end of winter through summer). It has been professionally decorated and furnished. The spacious lanai is accessed through not only the living area but also the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors open allowing the living area to become part of the lanai. The spacious villa is 1,171 square feet with a 251 square foot lanai has a king size and two twin extra-long beds (option to combine together as a king), and sofa bed.

About Ko Olina Beach Villas: The Ko Olina Beach Villas is the first private resort on Oahu in 25 years. The resort is located along the sunny western coast just 20 miles from downtown Honolulu and 27 miles from Waikiki. Located among four lagoons, swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing is just steps away from the resort. The nearby marina provides numerous opportunities such as whale watching and scuba diving. The J.W. Marriott is just next door providing various restaurants to choose from. For golfers, play the championship golf course designed by Ted Robinson and home to the LPGA.

Fantastic family New Year's stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas. The spacious, clean rooms featured great fixtures, everything we needed in perfect working order, and wonderful views that made the holiday special.Kids loved the pool, though one spa was out of service. We enjoyed easy walks to adjacent beaches for excellent snorkeling right from shore.The walk to restaurants felt a bit long, so we grabbed quick Uber rides for dinners nearby, or driving to Kapolei. Overall, a relaxing spot—we'd book again for Oahu family trips.

The villa was exactly as advertised - this the view you have! Beautiful location and lagoon was great. Sunsets were amazing. Our family of five fit the sleeping arrangement perfectly. Shane was very responsive and helpful. We stay here again and highly recommend it.

Our host was very welcoming and even provided a shower chair for my aged mother. This unit, BT808, is such a fantastic location! We loved being so close to the beach and the view from the lanai. It was amazing!We also loved how friendly the staff were every time we walked through the lobby. The gym was fantastic, and the pool with the sand on the bottom was perfect for our young grandsons. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time! The villa was perfect for our family of four. There’s plenty of space, ample kitchen amenities, sand toys and towels and a beautiful view from the lanai. The pool is a kiddos’ dream, and the beach lagoon is super close. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This was a fantastic property, steps away from the beach lagoons. Great pools and adequate gym facilities. Fully stocked kitchen and walking distances to restaurants and a Market with hot food choices.

Amazing view & great location!

We loved the view! Beautifully decorated, we spent most of the time on the balcony having coffee & cocktails. Great location to walk to the pool, beach, and restaurants. Conveniently located to drive to Pearl Harbor and North Shore. We would definitely choose this until to stay again.

Perfect in so many ways!

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) absolutely loved our stay. The view was wonderful, the space was clean and comfortable and the location was great. The lagoon was the perfect place to spend time in the ocean. We'd stay there again if the opportunity ever arises.

This is our second time staying at the Ko Olina Villa's and we will definitely be back for a third. As parents with a one year old, five year old, and eight year old, this area and villa were perfect and had everything we needed to be comfortable and kids felt right at home! :)

Best View Ever

This condo is incredible and the Beach Villas property is peaceful and perfect! No crowds, no noise, just pure paradise. I’m leaving four stars instead of five because the guest bedroom mattresses (2 twins combined to make a king) are worn and it felt like sleeping in a hammock. I ended up sharing the fold out sofa bed with my daughter (very comfy for a sofa bed). But waking up to the views never got old! We stayed a week and would definitely come back!

Absolutely amazing vacation! Beds were comfortable. Condo was well stocked! Easy check in! We absolutely loved eating our meals outside and enjoying the perfect views with it. A slice of paradise

Gorgeous! This was the second time we stayed at the Beach Villas. We could tell by the listing that this unit was on the side that would get the best views of the sunsets- and they did not disappoint! We stayed 12 days- and I think I watched the sunset every evening! Just gorgeous! The pool and lagoon were also a huge with with our 9 and 12 kids. The place was well stocked and comfortable. We kept the doors to the lanai open when we were “home”- I had to pinch myself at the view! The unit was quiet and had great views. When we needed anything or had questions, the owners were quite responsive. We would 100% stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Ko Olina Beach Villas is an amazing resort that's new to the area! It's located close enough to Honolulu allowing easy access to the airport and to the shopping and beaches of Waikiki. Conveniently just steps away from the resort is the lagoon and sandy beach. This lagoon is calm and great for swimming as well as for children wading in the water. There's even fish to see for those who love to snorkel! The four lagoons along the coast are connected together by a sidewalk providing a pleasant walking excursion and allowing easy access to the various restaurants. This resort just has it all for a laid back Hawaii vacation of doing nothing but enjoying the sun and beach and for those wanting to be tourists and enjoy the adventures Hawaii has to offer.
