Unique duplex that allows for a larger group to use two, side by side homes. Adults can gather in one home and teenagers/kids can have their own living room separate from adults. Creates for a fun, more relaxed setting for a large group. Two front doors are only steps from each other allowing for easy walk between houses.
Duplex is close to DC and to Old Town Alexandria and only a short walk to Mount Vernon Avenue which is the heart of the charming Del Ray section of Alexandria.
