Adorned with comfortable and stylish decor, the home features three inviting bedrooms and two full baths. A fully stocked kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, and an outdoor gas grill is available for delightful evenings of dining al fresco. The newly added sunroom, with its enchanting vistas of the lake, serves as a snug sanctuary, inviting you to curl up with a spellbinding book or engage in a lively game of cards at the bar table. As the sun dips below the horizon, relish the breathtaking views from your private dock nestled in a deep-water cove, mere steps from your door. Conclude the evening gathered by the firepit, harmonizing melodies and weaving tales. For those who seek adventure, bring your own boat to embrace a day of exploration on the 962 square miles of shoreline bordering South Carolina and Georgia. If you find yourself without a boat of your own, fear not, for an abundance of charming boat rental establishments await you upon the lake. An added bonus is Clemson University is within close proximity which is perfect for immersing yourself in the thrilling game day atmosphere or celebrating a graduation.
Other things to note
^a starter package of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pod and trash bag will be supplied. For longer stays, we recommend bringing more for your stay.

Everyone was so empressed when we walked in. Boys had a blast fishing. Kitchen was great home is so pretty and tasteful. Plenty of room for all of us. Nothing bad to say about the home. The only negative was the shock of all the additional charges when we booked. The per night price stated all fees included and that was false.

Beautiful place

This is a really nice property on a deep water cove. There was plenty of room at the dock for my 26' cc. There is not plenty of room in the driveway. You need to have a plan for putting your boat in the water and storing the trailer. We used Exit 4 Boat and RV Storage. The house is spacious and modern, with plenty of room for us and 4 kids. Its kind of a hike to the dock so bring a wagon or 4 kids, lol.

Had an awesome week at Lake Therapy. The house was perfect for our family and the lake was amazing. There is a short walk down to the lake, but the dock/ deck are like new. The owner Kimberly was very helpful and responsive to messages. We also appreciated the little welcome gift that was left. There is not a ton of stores around in the immediate area, so we went to Townsville for groceries. Our only real complaint about our stay was a neighbor’s dog. Unfortunately, the dog wasn’t friendly and was over in our yard multiple times during the week we stayed. Other than the dog, we were super pleased with the condition of the house and the lake access. We had a boat and enjoyed exploring the lake. We will definitely plan to return if we plan another Lake Hartwell trip.

Family reunion

My elderly parents joined us for a family vacation which would include my son, his wife and their 2 children who live in fair play. And we had guests come from out of town for the day on Friday and other guests for the day on Saturday.All of our meals were cooked at lake therapy. The kitchen was huge and spacious allowed everyone to mingle in the open. We did take advantage of the grilling area four burgers on the first night, and then we brought our own large pot and made low country boil.We loved the seating area around the fire pit and set up a ladderball game there then spent the evening. Making memories.The walk down to the dock is a work in progress. I see that they have cut a few trees down and are in the process of removing more which will make it very lovely. It was a little challenging for the eighty year olds to get down to the water but they did just fine and absolutely loved the daily boat rides as well as the sunset boat rides.The house was exactly as described and very spacious. The air kept that place nice and cool.

Throughout our vibrant careers, we dreamt of acquiring a sanctuary where family and friends could gather and create cherished memories. Upon discovering this enchanting property, we instantly recognized it as the ideal embodiment of our vision. Blessed with two wonderful children, five spirited grandchildren, a delightful menagerie of animals, and a sprawling farm, life has truly showered us with abundance. We love spending time in Clemson and going to various sporting events. Go Tigers! As a fun tidbit, I am related to the legendary Johnny Cash.
