All beds have new mattresses and linens. The great room serves as both a den and dining area. There is a pull out sofa with a queen size bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The dining table is set up to seat 6, and an additional leaf and chairs will expand to seat 8. Additional dining can be found on the expansive deck through the sliding doors off the great room. This fun outdoor area has poly resin Pub height swivel chairs and matching table along with a cantilever umbrella to protect you from too much sun. In the kitchen, any chef will find all the tools needed to make almost any dish if they prefer to cook at home while on vacation. There is a lake view even from the large kitchen. There is a seperate laundry room with new washer and dryer for your use. The sprawling level back yard is partially shaded and perfect for outdoor games (corn hole game provided). The boat dock is there for your use for swimming and docking of your boat. (Owners boat is not for use that is housed on the dock). This property does NOT allow pets or smoking.
