Accommodating host and nice views

Really enjoyed our stay - having three separate units allowed the family to have their own space but still all together. Location is great - Walk to restaurants. Parking was easy and check in was very simple (not always the case in Culebra). Host was accommodating and very helpful throughout.

Summer Culebra experience

Great place to stay. The only situation was with a leak from the bathroom from the apartment located on the top.

Multi-apartment convenience and great views

We rented this property to visit with a group of friends (late 30s to mid 40s, no children with us). One of the things we wanted when finding a house to rent was to have the entire house and privacy, so that was certainly one of the attractive features of this one, in addition to being walking distance to town. Unfortunately, I think we misinterpreted "complete villa" as meaning entire villa. This listing includes the three apartments on the top two floors but there is a studio apartment on the lowest floor which is rented separately, so if you are looking to have the whole house, make sure you find that listing and book it in addition to this. Having three separate apartments was convenient, especially for those of us on different sleep schedules. The apartments seemed to be mostly well-maintained and were clean. The grounds themselves had a lot of litter like but this may be from previous careless guests, which is a bummer. There are some cooking implements and dishes, a little coffee and sugar and creamer, but be aware that there are no shared spices or cooking basics like you may find in other rentals. Fortunately, I anticipated this being a possibility and brought a number of spices which I knew would be tough to find otherwise. There are beach chairs and coolers which we used nearly every day. The outdoor shower (with hot water!) was nice to be able to wash off after being at the beach. Be prepared for lots of stairs, but we actually enjoyed them as it made us feel like we were getting some sort of exercise in! If you rent vehicles you'd be better off with a golf cart, we had a Jeep and a golf cart and it was pretty tight if the downstairs occupants didn't leave much space. A Jeep and two carts is probably max for the whole house in the parking area (or two Jeeps alone), but four carts could probably fit fine. The host was helpful in arranging one of the apartments for my husband to arrive a day earlier. You get amazing breezes through the top floor, although I'd recommend keeping the back door closed and just opening the shutters as we found a couple of small tropical visitors after having the back door propped open for airflow. Overall, we enjoyed the rental, the lovely views, the multi-apartment convenience, and the proximity to town. While there are some small issues, we had a great time with our group so it more than made up for it. We would consider staying here again if we a fortunate enough to get our friends back to Culebra.

Great view. Great for groups or family.

This house has two levels and multiple rooms and kitchens/bathrooms. Our group of 16 was comfortable and enjoyed the great views. The property management offered great service and responded within minutes in the app. I recommend this place!
