We are proudly showing off our new updates including NEW downstairs floors, 2 renovated bathrooms, new built in bunk beds, putting green, sleeping 16+ etc!

Looking for tranquility, privacy, and one of the Emerald Coast’s largest heated private pools—all just minutes from both 30A and Pier Park? You’ve found your perfect escape for any time of year.

Originally built in 1950, Nautical Rose is a rare gem that blends modern comfort with vintage Florida charm. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this unique home is thoughtfully stocked with amenities to enhance your stay: a free heated saltwater pool (set to 87°F, with slight shifts depending on the weather), a hot tub, multiple fire pits, and a BBQ grill—all included.

Families will love the fenced side yard, complete with a putting green and a real-wood fire pit—perfect for evening s’mores and laughter under the stars. Whether you’re lounging poolside or discovering the nearby coast, Nautical Rose is ready to become your group’s go-to beach getaway.

Campers vacation

The house was just as the pictures show. It had plenty of room for all 9 of us. We did almost all our cooking at the house which had every kitchen utensil needed. The grill was brand new and had plenty of propane in the tanks. The pool area was wonderful. The hot tube was a bonus. We spent most of our time there. The beach was a very short walk and one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to in Florida. I loved all the beach chairs that were at the house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect for our large group

The house was wonderful for our family. Love the old style Florida feel. The open kitchen and living room gave us plenty of space to be together. The pool was perfect and enjoyed by all.

The house was beautiful. It easily accommodate our large group. The pool was incredible and very useful since the beach was close for most of the time we where there. We had a few issues here and there but the owner was super helpful and took care of us with professionalism and in a timely manner. Overall we had a great vacation and would definitely rent it in the future. Highly recommended it.

The BEST house!!

We stayed a fantastic 10 days in this house. We took our boys and their buddies down for the holiday and Gulf Coast Jam. There was plenty of room for us all and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The pool was fantastic and well kept! The beach was also a short walk from the house.There are plenty of towels and kitchen items for you to use. We cooked a lot at the house and were never short of items. We will definitely stay again if we need the space!

Prefect House and Prefect Location

Angela has been an exceptional host from start to finish. She was incredibly accommodating and promptly answered all of our questions, both before and during our stay. Angela even checked in on us multiple times to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house itself is spacious, with a generous number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Our kids were thrilled to see that Angela had thoughtfully considered their needs, both inside and outside the house. We particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the convenience of having two refrigerators. The pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone and were used frequently throughout our stay. The various outdoor seating areas allowed us to spread out and relax comfortably. We were pleasantly surprised to find additional pool and beach items provided by Angela, which enhanced our experience even further. In fact, we were so impressed by our stay that we left some items behind for future families to enjoy. The walk to the beach was effortless at any time of day, and we appreciated the fact that the house is situated away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within a short drive to all the attractions. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here for an unforgettable vacation experience.

Incredible home with private salt water pool, hot tub, fireplace and in a short walking distance to the beach

Our family, without a doubt gives Nautical Rose a 5 star rating! Angela's responsiveness was incredible and gave us the feeling that she really cared about our stay. We spent our mornings in the screened in porch enjoying the propane fireplace, our afternoons in the beautiful salt water pool and playing corn hole. Our evenings were spent watching the breath taking sunsets on the beach and then jumping in the hot tub and playing pool upstairs. The home gave us the privacy we wanted and yet, we were only steps from the beach. Her home is equipped with everything you could imagine from 2 refrigerators, a washer/dryer, showers outside, etc. I would reserve this home again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much, Angela for sharing your home with us so that could make unforgettable memories!!

We purchased Nautical Rose a short time ago as a short term rental for your family to enjoy. We keep the place fully stocked for kiddos of all age. We know every vacation creates at least one core memory, and because of this we understand the responsibility we have as your hosts to ensure we exceed expectations from the moment you book with us to the moment you check out.

Why they chose this property

With so many new construction homes to choose from, Nautical Rose is truly a special place. We've worked hard to make improvements and updates to the home, while keeping the charm of an original 1950s home of the Emerald Coast.

There's also something very special about the west end of Panama City Beach. We love Laguna Beach for its peace and tranquility, even in peak season. We love the fact that toddlers can walk across the street to the beach without traffic. We never have to fight over a spot on the beach, since our area is almost exclusively for single-family-home vacationers and locals.

Perhaps what we love most about the neighborhood is our easy access to both Pier Park and 30A. Depending on our mood, we can get dressed up and have dinner in Seaside just 20 minutes away, or keep our bathing suits and sandals on for a casual seafood boil on the east end of Panama City Beach.
