Welcome to 114 Sandpiper Run! This marsh-front home with ocean views and an elevator for guest use is located on the north end of Fripp Island in the Quail Cove neighborhood. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 12 people - perfect for families and groups looking for seaside relaxation! Some notable features of the home include a Bluetooth speaker system installed throughout the house and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. 114 Sandpiper is just a short golf cart ride to several Fripp Island amenities, including pools, restaurants, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, and 24/7 beach access.

Stunning arched doorways welcome you into a spacious, open-concept living room and kitchen, where expansive marsh and ocean views create a serene atmosphere. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and a spacious butler’s pantry, ideal for culinary enthusiasts. Enjoy meals in the cozy private dining nook, or step outside to the large back deck and screened porch, equipped with a dining table and gas grill for a delightful al fresco dining experience.

The layout includes, on the main floor, a bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds with access to the screened porch, while a queen-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is conveniently located down the hall. Upstairs, discover two more beautifully appointed bedrooms with king- and queen-sized beds featuring en-suite bathrooms. In the primary king bedroom, you will find an additional deck with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and a cozy fireplace for intimate evenings. On the ground floor, the finished bonus room includes two twin beds, a mini split for climate control, a card table, and an additional refrigerator. This bonus room provides convenient access to the fenced courtyard, garage, and elevator.

A 4-seat Fripp Island Resort golf cart is included with your stay (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Island Bites for some ice cream!

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
