6 dormitorios 5 baños para 12 personas! Muelle privado en el canal. A pasos de la playa!

Tenemos una espaciosa casa recientemente renovada con 6 habitaciones y 5 baños en total en Treetops. Se accede a la planta baja de la casa a través de escaleras exteriores para incluir una segunda cocina, comedor, sala de estar y 2 dormitorios y un baño. ¡Tenemos 2 porches seleccionados en la parte trasera de la casa con vista al canal con AMPLIOS comedores interiores y exteriores para familias que están listas para relajarse! Nos sentamos 10 en una mesa en el nivel principal adentro con otros 3 en la barra y una mesa con capacidad para 6 en el porche superior al lado del columpio. Abajo, el comedor tiene capacidad para 8 con 4 más en el porche inferior. ¡Todos los electrodomésticos son nuevos en el hogar! Tenemos 2 dormitorios principales arriba con camas King, una habitación doble y una reina. En la planta baja hay un conjunto de literas en 1 dormitorio y una reina en el otro. Los dos dormitorios de arriba se abren al porche delantero para un lugar tranquilo para sentarse y los dos dormitorios de atrás dan al muelle privado y al canal. Puede atracar un barco en nuestro muelle las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, y desde allí también se pueden lanzar kayaks fácilmente. El alquiler incluye un carrito de golf de 4 plazas, pero deberá ponerse en contacto con los carritos de Sutcliffe Golf para reservar su carrito. Nos cobrarán por el carrito de golf de 4 plazas. Tenemos una parrilla de gas de tamaño completo y televisores en las salas de estar, así como cada habitación en el nivel principal. Tenemos 2 refrigeradores de tamaño completo para que tenga mucho espacio para alimentos / bebidas. Para su comodidad, tenemos una olla eléctrica para la casa y un Keurig para cada cocina. También tenemos una cafetera de jarra regular en la cocina de arriba. Tenemos una hermosa decoración de playa en toda la casa. Este es un entorno tranquilo, ya que se encuentra un poco alejado de la carretera y, sin embargo, está a pasos de todas las actividades en el Beach Club, las canchas de tenis y, lo más importante, ¡la PLAYA! Great getaway to Fripp!

Amazing stay at Treetops! Everything was perfect for our family and friends, the house, location, gorgeous views, paddling with gators and relaxing and bocce on the beach. Michelle was a great host - we had everything we needed. Looking forward to our next visit!

This rental is in an excellent location being right across the street to an easy beach access and being mid island. The house was clean and roomy for our family of 10. The basement is a great area all to itself, but renters need to take note that it is not accessible from the top level. The house has its own dock, a grill, and we had no issue with having the golf cart delivered before we arrived. There are a few things that could be improved to help make the stay better—there was only 1 kitchen dishcloth towel, some worn kitchenware that needs replacing, and little to no liquid soap in the bathroom pump containers. These were minor but if staying a whole week could be aggravating. Plenty of parking was a plus. The owner was readily available and sent great instructions.

Perfect family beach house!

We loved the peaceful background view from the deck and screened porch, with so much wildlife, and the easy walk to the beach! Hope to stay at Treetops again!

Once again, the host was extremely responsive during our communications. The host was also very accommodating to our requests and was quite helpful. The property was in great shape and it worked perfectly for our 4 adults and 8 kids. Definitely recommend this location for a family vacation home.

Great stay at Fripp!

Family trip to Fripp island

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Treetops. Communication with the owner was wonderful. You can't ask for a better location - an easy walk to beach access, a few doors down from the adult pool, has its own dock for fishing and crabbing on the canal, the trees make it feel like a secluded hideaway. We were a group of all adults (18 - 70) and had a delightful time.

Annual Family Trip

Our stay at Treetops was awesome! We come to Fripp every year in October with a large family. This home fit our family perfectly! Love the downstairs option for additional space. We will definitely be back and are hopeful we can stay again for our week next year. Thank you to the owners for being readily available for anything we needed and providing their perfect island retreat for our family.

Perfect weekend

The house was warm and inviting. Everyone had their own privacy. The host was wonderful, always responded to all our text messages within minutes, and made us feel at home. The house was set up perfectly for our family. We recommend this beach house to all our friends.

Wonderful vacation!

The house and the location was wonderful. The layout made it easy for the eight of us to interact and still relax. We had some older "kids" staying with us and the split level house with multiple entertainment areas provided relaxation for all! We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the deck overlooking the canal. The deck was in the tree tops and no houses across the way made it seem secluded. We enjoyed watching for wildlife, fishing off the canal, walking across the way to beautiful beach, and riding carts to the pool. This was a wonderful vacation!

Perfect in every way.

Amazing house and location. All of the kids caught fish on the dock behind the house, and beach access right across the street. House was perfect an more than enough room for 8 adults and 6 children. The two kitchens and living area provided room to spread out and get some quiet time. My favorite spot was the back screened in porch. Michelle was an amazing and responsive host who went WAY above and beyond to make our visit a success.

Overall great. We had to purchase nonstick frying pan , tea pitcher, and plastic forks and spoons from Walmart as forks ran out quickly and there are no small spoons! No big deal just FYI. Michelle was A+

Wonderful week at Fripp!

My family had a wonderful week in the Treetops at Fripp! We had two 1 year olds, two 5 year olds and 6 adults, and Treetops was the perfect match for our family. We loved the beach, and the golf cart that was included in the rental helped us get there even though the beach was right across the street. We really liked that the pool was within walking distance when the 5 year olds wanted to swim, but the golf cart was being used elsewhere. We enjoyed both back porches. The kids loved coming nose to nose with the visiting deer through the screen on the porch. The living area was really comfortable and is open to the kitchen, so we all could be together whatever area we were in. Michelle was very responsive and helpful when we had a couple of questions. Overall, just a great week and a great place to stay!!!

Treetops Getaway

This is a wonderful cottage on the canal. Only problems we had was the internet and the washer and dryer. The internet has not been upgraded to the new Hargray high speed internet. It was so poor, I had to use my own hotspot at times. The other real issue was the washer and dryer located in the downstairs room. You had to exit the upstairs and enter the locked downstairs to use the washer and dryer.

Beauty & Location all in ONE!

This was such an excellent spot! Fripp never disappoints, however, Treetops put it over the top!! The location of this house and the long private driveway off of the main road gave us such easy access while also giving us privacy and plenty of space to park our cars and carts! Owner communication was absolutely incredible. Great space to hose kiddos and gear off downstairs in the carport— we loved the dock and all the birds and little crabs. The beach was full of shells, dolphin, and starfish. We had lots of small people with us and going back and forth for naps and bedtimes was so easy in this spot! We were very aware of the room layout before arrival and we loved having the extra kitchen downstairs! We mostly cooked in, so having the extra fridge and storage space for both of our families was GREAT! Cannot say enough about all the hang out spots. Book it right away, we will definitely be back!

Great Property Manager - great location!

We visited Fripp for spring break - two families, both long time Fripp visitors, stayed here. We loved the location on the canal for fishing & the location was walkable to the food court/basketball court/pickleball courts. The house is quiet!The golf cart rental (included) was a super easy process. However, because the rental is from an off-island company, if something happens anytime after 5pm, we were without a golf cart until mid-morning the next day and had to rely on Fripp Security to bring us home.We had an issue with the AC when we arrived & the home owner was SO fast to call repairmen that came out urgently and we got it up and running within a couple of hours of our arrival. We really appreciated that!Just a heads up, especially for those with kids - there is not an indoor stairwell connecting the upstairs and downstairs. Luckily, the kids staying downstairs were old enough and trustworthy enough to walk outside & up the stairs to join us for meals, game time, etc. But, the washer/dryer is downstairs - so when it rained, I had to run thru the rain with my clean clothes when I brought them upstairs! There are 2 en suite king rooms , a 2-twin bed room with a hall bath, and a queen bed room with hall bath all upstairs. Downstairs was a queen bedroom & a bunk bedroom, both that share a bathroom. Plenty of space for all the kids!There is PLENTY of parking & we were able to bring a small trailer and park it where it wasn't visible from the road (Fripp rules).

We visited Fripp for the first time several summers ago and we fell in love with it so much that we decided to buy a place on the island that we could visit when we weren't renting it and we have loved it!!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I absolutely love having the private dock in the backyard. It's so peaceful and the sunsets are just stunning. There are a few places to get away in the home as well to read and have some solitude. Two of the bedrooms have access to the spacious front porch with chairs for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee. The two screened porches on the back of the house are so cozy and they offer comfortable seating and a beautiful view! This house is perfect for a family and maybe even two families as there are 2 kitchens! The ground level of the house offers privacy as it is only accessed through outside stairs. Almost everything in the home is brand new! We are within walking distance to all of the action on the island. The main olympic-sized pool is almost right across the street, which is wonderful for traveling with small children. Just so convenient. Also the house is set back a very good distance from the main road, and so we don't worry about the children getting too close to the road.
