Our lakeside Penthouse Suite will help you enjoy all that Conesus Lake has to offer! This brand new apartment includes an entire 3-bedroom, 2-full bath/shower apartment with a private balcony that features an unparalleled view. Includes lakefront access, with patio furniture, grill, and bonfire. Roku smart TV`s in all bedrooms & living room. Have a boat? An optional dock space as requested is available. Reserved off street parking for up to 3 vehicles is included. Free use of kayaks!

We are located right in the famous Finger Lakes area and are surrounded by countless breweries and wineries. Letchworth State Park (the Grand Canyon of the East!) is a short drive away. The rental is located right next door to the Beachcomber`s Dockside Grill, Cabana Bar and Crab Shack Restaurant & Pub. Conesus Lake is gorgeous year round - the summer months are bustling with vacationers and the fall boasts incredible foliage.
Wineries, Breweries, Cidery, and several parks, & shopping, are all close by!
All lake rules must be adhered to and are on the refrigerator for your viewing
Please supervise children by the road, on the balcony and anywhere near the water for their safety

Our stay was in early October and it was quiet on the lake and very beautiful. The large covered porch overlooking the lake has a large overhang, so if it is raining you don't get wet. Everything was clean, the host was friendly and helpful. The lake view is wonderful.I would say it is family friendly. I personally like to just sit outside and read. The kitchen is well equipped.If you want the vibe of being on the water, this is the perfect place to be!! And being on the 3rd floor with this view was just what my friends and I wanted. One morning we were out there having coffee and planning our day.........we didn't leave until 12:30 pm because we just didn't want to leave that porch !!

This is such a beautiful place. In addition to a fantastic view of the lake, it's accomodations are very comfortable and clean. There is a large living room, ample deck seating overlooking the water and seriously comfortable beds. The Beachcomber restaurant is right on the premises and had wonderful food. Mary Alice and Tammy ensured we had everything we needed.

Would stay again!

My husband and I stayed in the penthouse apartment for an early may getaway weekend. We loved the location and the apartment was well equipped. The view was amazing and we had a great time! Host was very responsive.
