Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located in a historic 1860 home, this cozy space has been completely renovated in 2024. The home was originally known as Smith’s Inn in the late 1800’s. Easy access off Rt. 95 in this Coastal CT town in walking distance to the historic Guilford Green and less than 2 miles to the town marina. Close to excellent restaurants and other amenities.

Located in a renovated home that is listed in the National Registry, this property was known as Smith's Inn in 1860. This sunny apartment was completely renovated in 2024 including central air, new kitchen and bathroom. There is an open living room and dining area.

The apartment has a well-lit, private entrance in the back of the home. There is a shared back patio area and yard.

We really enjoyed staying here. It's a beautiful apartment and Carrie was very sweet and ready to meet any needs we may have had. There are stores and places to eat close by. Interstate 95 a few minutes away. If it's available next year for our annual visit to CT we'll most certainly want to stay here. Oh, the bed is really comfortable!!!
