Close to everything and walked everywhere. Nice upper and lower decks
. Like an extra room for no designated reasons. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals for 6 days. Lots of toys in garage which was nice for us all. Beds were comfortable. Thank you.

The house was absolutely beautiful, especially the master bedroom. We loved the screened porch. It was so relaxing at night. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was Well equipped with all the necessary items. The location was great only one block walk to the beach and to the Folly Beach restaurants and stores. Walmart and Food Lion were close by just about eight minutes away by car. Charleston was only 22 minutes away. We were very grateful to have beach chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely like to go back again!

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. We Harrahs here before and have enjoyed it both times. It is very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We highly recommend it to others.

Terrific stay

We've stayed at Water's Edge two years in a row with our whole family, including six young children. The places are beautiful, the pool is great for the kids, and it's just a 5-minute bike/drive from the beach and the middle of town.

Family vacation trip

We enjoyed our Charleston vacation and where glad we chose to stay in Folly Beach. Several good restaurants within walking distance and conveniently located near the beach. The property was well kept and accommodated our party of five.

Enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach

Beautiful condo, convenient location, plenty of amenities, beds were not comfortable for us but others may prefer them. There were a lot of stairs, something to think about for young children, and unloading etc. There were more than enough towels, thank you!

Beautiful!

Location location location! We loved being a short walk to great restaurants, bars and night life. Rented a golf cart to tour the island and go to the beaches. Not necessary, as it is only a few blocks to the sand but with all of the beach "stuff" the golf cart worked great. House was tidy and the decor was beautiful!

Girls 50th birthday trip!

The condo was great! It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and pans. Having 3 full baths was wonderful for 7 women. We enjoyed the screen porch in the mornings and evenings with plenty of seating for everyone. Definitely walking distance to the beach, but we rented a golf cart which made it easier to get chairs and coolers to the beach. We would definitely recommend this beautiful condo to anyone looking to stay at Folly Beach.

Great place to enjoy beautiful Folly Beach! Perfect for families and friends. The condo was clean and well appointed. It has everything you would need for a great getaway. We had only one complaint
. The laundry service opened the garage door at 10:00 pm while we were there. It felt a bit surprising and intrusive. Other than that, we would definitely go back and highly recommend it. Thank you for a great vacation!!

Nice location

Nice location, close to the beach. Clean and plenty of room for families. Not a lot of improvement could be made, but I’d strongly suggest adding a decent broom. The one provided is child sized and looks like it’s been used as a chimney sweep. If a kid should forget to remove sandy shoes it’d be nice to easily clean the mess. As well, the master shower has no shelf space. A shower neck caddy or some command corner shelves would be wonderful so shampoo and soap don’t need to be sat on the shower floor. Could also use some cleaning wipes or spray to clean the kitchen counter. This is the only place I’ve ever stayed that didn’t provided a few cleaning items to help tidy the place throughout the stay. These are minor issues though, especially if anyone is only there for a week. The beach is close and can easily be accessed on foot, bike, or golf cart. The neighbor is quiet. The fishing dock is beautiful at sunset. I would recommend this home to anyone.

91 Water's Edge

91 Water's Edge was a very nice townhome. It was clean and roomy. However one of the main reasons that I picked Water's Edge was because it had a pool. Upon arrival the pool filter was not running, the skimmer was full of debris and the water was cloudy. One of the visitors cleaned out the skimmer and the pool filter was functioning somewhat. However it wasn't even significantly improved in clarity until wednesday afternoon. We notified VRBO, who replied that it wasn't their responsibility, but would notify the HOA. Never heard anything from the HOA. Had to text VRBO again. Their response was that the pool was being regularly serviced, but was a small pool and was being overused. As an in-ground pool owner I can assure you that it wasn't being routinely serviced. Therefore, I would not recommend anyone to rent Water's Edge if you were relying on the use of the pool. Quiet paradise in Folly Beach

We LOVED our vacation in Folly Beach! My daughters and I wanted to visit Charleston plus get in some beach time and this rental on Folly Beach was wonderful! The condo was extremely clean, perfect location, great restaurants in town. decorated very cute, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy!

Cute little beach house

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was quiet with access to a pool. The house was also a short distance to the beach and many bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. We will definitely be back!

A Perfect Condo

We had a wedding in Charleston over the weekend and decided to stay a few extra days at Folly Beach. The condo was perfect. The furnishings were perfectly coastal and the kitchen was very well stocked. The bedrooms were perfect and the master suite was large and luxurious. We loved the walk in closet for our clothing and luggage. The bunk room had full beds and having a bedroom on the first floor is great. The bedding was high end and there were plenty of towels. Most importantly, the condo was spotless and extremely clean. It was in perfect walking distance to the town and beaches. It was an unusually cold week in February when we traveled- we would love to come back in the warmer months!!
