We had the best time. The house was better than we expected. The views were exceptional and we loved stepping out of the house and on to the beach. Our favorite part was the lower deck porch. So comfortable and the breeze made it perfect. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

It was nice to be right on the beach. This house is a really unique, cool house. It does need some maintenance and a thorough deep cleaning. Bedding and bathrooms were overall clean. Oven, I’m unsure has ever been cleaned in years. Saw multiple cockroaches as well as a small lizard indoors. We were supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper for our family of 6. The AC on the very top level was not working in 90-100 degree weather. The host was very responsive and someone came to look at it immediately, as well as bring more toilet paper. When they couldn’t resolve the issue, a professional came out and was able to fix it. Very much appreciated the help from both so late in the evening.

2d time staying at this lovely home. Unbeatable beach views and phenomenal location right on the sand. Every room is lovely with its own balcony and panoramic vista. We loved 1st floor deck, well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone.

Beautiful location. Enjoyed our stay very much. There are small details of the home that could use some attention but it didn’t ruin our stay.

Beautiful experience for our short trip to South Carolina. Our first time to ever visit the state and this house and beachview did not disappoint. The stairs were quite the workout, but they fit the style of the home. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. Overall, amazing experience!!

Home is absolutely beautiful and a perfect location on the beach. It is so well decorated, comfortable with very high quality furnishings. The outdoor patios are right on the sand so it is extremely easy to get onto the beach. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. The views from the balconies can’t be beat! There are a lot of stairs between each floor. We loved out stay!

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. Great location right on the beach that has very few people. Anytime we go to Charleston we will always try to book the Spanish House!

This is one of the nicest homes that I have stayed at on any vacation.

The views from the home are spectacular. There are a lot of stairs, so it is not appropriate for everyone.

Great Beach Experience!

Very unique house! The steps are not for the feint of heart, but we didn’t mind it at all! Amazing view from every deck! Dolphins out there every day! We had groceries delivered from Walmart for 10 fee and totally worth it! Our family of seven had plenty of space and we would definitely stay again!
