Oakwater Plantation Vacation Home is just off HWY192, less than 2.5 miles from Disney`s doorstep in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a few friends golfing or vacationing. This Vacation Home has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with leather sectional sofa, flat screen cable TV, and DVD player to enjoy your favorite movie.

Step out from the family room into the spacious Dining room to enjoy a great meal prepared in your own fully equipped kitchen. The huge table with two comfortable upholstered chairs and four more solid wood chairs is a great place to eat and relax with friends and family. Need more seating? The kitchen has been equipped with everything that you could need to provide a family feast to enjoy together.

Luxurious sleeping accommodation awaits you when you stay at Oakwater Plantation Vacation home with 3 bright and roomy bedrooms, all with TV`s. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a wall mounted flat screen tv. It opens onto an attached ensuite bath with a big shower and gorgeous vanity. The other bedrooms have a queen bed and two twins and they share a hall bath with tub and shower.

Make use of the huge community pool and spa. Let the kids frolic in the splash fountain or tire them out at the awesome playground. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, just in case you can squeeze some exercise into your vacation time! Take a walk on the paved pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with trees and gardens

Awesome condo

Exactly as described. Clean and all amenities were great. Pool and kids play Park we’re perfect for our family. Super close to parks and I drive. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

Great condo. Clean, quiet and close to pool. Angie and Darren (property managers) were quick to reply to any questions. We were granted an early check in which was very much appreciated.

Best Stay in Orlando

The house is beautiful. The house was cozy and felt like home. The house felt safe. Perfect distance from Disney and the traffic. Very quiet and SO CLOSE to the pool and gym!! Also, you’re right next door to a Walmart for convenience. Great for adults and kids. We will stay again when we come back!!

Amazing property.

Property is beautiful. The pond does in fact have an alligator in it and we named him Allen. The location is very convenient regarding the pool access as well as the huge Walmart. We will most definitely be staying here again. Thanks again

Fantastic Stay Close to Disney

Super property with lots of space. Pictures don’t do it justice. Home from home. The close proximity to the pool was a bonus. Just wish there was a full length mirror perhaps in the icing/dining room area otherwise perfect choice of accommodation.

Best Christmas Ever!

Not only was the location awesome, but we absolutely loved the unit we stayed in. Plenty of room for my family to spend a night so we could have Christmas in person instead of online! And I was able to surprise them with Christmas at Disney, just minutes away! This is a keeper and I hope to be able to book again in the future!

Comfortable condo very close to parks

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is beautifully decorated and a short drive to the parks. I really liked the screened in balcony which overlooks the pond with the fountain in the middle, it was relaxing to sit there in the morning with a cup of coffee and in the evening with a book. This condo is also steps away from the clubhouse, pool, playground and tennis courts and you can walk to Walmart from the condo to buy groceries which is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Proper location very nice. Property was nice and kept up. Condo was very nice clean updated features. The master bed and queen, bed and couch very comfortable. It was nice that property is near a variety of restaurants and next to Walmart. That was so great. Definitely will make it a place to stay next year if we come down again next year in July

Roomy, Clean, and Close to Disney!

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo in December. The convenience to both shopping and the WDW parks made it the ideal place for our family The beds are comfortable and the master is very roomy. The condo was extremely clean and the kitchen provided exactly what we needed for our visit. Communication with the owners was very easy. I would highly recommend your stay here. It is a second-floor unit (as it states in the description, so we were well prepared for the stairs!

Great location

This location is fantastic if you are visiting Disney. Lots of room. Lovely decor. The master King bed and one bedroom Queen bed were very comfortable. However, the twin beds were very hard and definitely could use a replacing or some sort of memory foam. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes but they were very rough and we felt could also use a replacing. But over all the place was great and we would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Disney vacation spot

We like to book through VRBO for our Disney vacations so everyone can have their own bedroom and we can do laundry. This location is perfect. We had the space we needed and it is a lot cheaper than any Disney resort or hotel. All the Disney parks are easily accessible from this location. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this unit. It is nice and quiet, overlooking the pond.

Perfect little get away, just next door to Disney and Universal Studios

Everything was has listed. The beds where of great quality which is always good after long days of activities. A big store just outside the gate community makes it really easy to get everything you need. This property is almost next door to the pool house. While we were there, there was nobody else in the building. So it was really calm. We arrived late the first day because our plane was delayed and we had no problem contacting the management for all our immediate needs. Tim, the maintenance guy was diligent and friendly. The place felt safe. We would book again any day.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean, comfortable, nicely laid out, and had everything we needed to feel at home. I did have some confusion during check-in, as you need to enter the # sign shown before the number on the gate code. Also, the door has both a lockbox and a keypad. Ignore the lockbox. The numbers on the keypad are so hard to see when not illuminated that I didn't evenrealize it was a keypad. Once we got that all figured out we had a great stay. We liked the location and would definitely stay again!
