Thank you, Jennifer! We're thrilled to hear you had such a wonderful stay. Your enthusiasm means a lot to us, and we can't wait to welcome you back! As for the sheets, we’ll share the details via message!
Location was great, given the parking challenges downtown. Could walk to most things. In&out parking was a plus. Really nice room and bath. You have to be able to do stairs and not mind street noise at night and bright street lights that slightly bleed thru the blinds.
The apartment was quaint and as described in heart of downtown. Location was perfect. We did have some issues with check in that the property manager did try her best to resolve. Since this property manager had just taken over the rental, It believe it was a glitch and will not happen again in the future.

Thank you so much for your review. So sorry again for the check-in issues. We really hope you come stay with us again so we can provide a better experience.
Very well kept historic studio apartment. Everything you need was available. Perfect location across from the market and nearby shopping. Walk to everything.
Great location and walkable to market and restaurants surrounding the area. We did the Gray Line City tour of the city and learned so much. The bed was comfy and enjoyed the kitchenette for our tea and coffee in the morning and evening. Felt very safe in our area. It’s hidden so follow the directions on the location. I suggest having someone wait by car when unloading when you first arrive to get the parking card rather than trying to pay to park on street. No complaints on room. They were very accommodating.
This location is fantastic, making it incredibly easy to walk everywhere in the city. The accommodation itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly elevated the experience was the host, who was excellent at communicating with us, providing seamless support from our arrival right through to our departure.I would highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone planning a trip to Charleston!
Location was perfect right on N Market St. Hosts were accomodating and let us store our luggage before and after check in and check out. Suite had everything you'd need.

Terri and Carl were very pleasant to deal with; responsive and informative. Use of their parking card was a great help. The apartment was in an ideal location in the center of the old town, close to restaurants and shopping. We would stay there again.
Fantastic location! The suite was very nice and clean. Communication with Terri and Carl was excellent, always available and responding quickly to our questions.

Very nice apartment in a great location for exploring Charleston. Great to have many restaurants and historic sites within easy walking distance. The apartment is nicely furnished and well maintained.
We spent a week in historic Charleston, and our 96 Market St studio apt was perfect! Right across the street from the City Market, and within walking distance of EVERYTHING this district has to offer. There's a small, but very convenient kitchenette in the room with microwave, sink, med size fridge, counter space, a few dishes, silverware, mugs for coffee, and a little table w 2 chairs to enjoy meals in the room together. Windows look right out on Market St. It really is a fantastic location.
Great place, clean and conveniently located. Walk just about everywhere and available parking pass is super convenient. Highly recommend!

About the host
Hosted by Terri and Carl
While visiting the area in 1998 we fell in love with the charm of this historic city and its surroundings, the Southern hospitality and relaxed lifestyle and decided to move here and make it our home! We love it more each year.
Why they chose this property
The location is second to none! This is the VERY BEST location in downtown Charleston! We are immediately surrounded by lots of restaurants, shops and historical sites. Although we provide discounted parking at a nearby parking garage, you won't need a car to explore all that downtown had to offer as most everything is within easy walking distance.
What makes this property unique
We act as your personal concierge and are delighted to assist you in making your trip to Charleston a most memorable experience in every way! We want to be your home away from home.
In addition to our luxurious and charming suite, with top of the line bedding, we also have a bistro table and 2 dining chairs in our suite.
There is an iron and ironing board, blow dryer, a Bose Bluetooth Speaker, and a White Noise machine.
We are located in the very heart of the city surrounded by restaurants, shops and tourist destinations. Horse carriages, trolley busses and visitor traffic, especially on the weekends are part of being in the Market area. Occasional garbage trucks in the mornings and cleaning crews pressure washing the streets are to be expected.
