Great location, spacious and well appointed,

We enjoyed our stay from first few minutes. The owners instructions and suggestions made parking and entry a breeze. We were back on Meeting in minutes enjoying appetizers and drinks at Hymans 2 doors down. The bedroom was so cozy and stayed dark in the morning so we slept in, then walked 3 minutes to Market Street and for breakfast at Another Broken Egg and Sweetwater Café another morning. Next day after lunch and golf we enjoyed the luxurious shower, plenty of hot water you just needed to give it a few minutes to warm up.

We walked to dinner to meet friends. The location was great for everything we were interested in, food, history, atmosphere and entertainment. Although it was January we had a cocktail on the 2nd floor patio after the Oyster Roast at Boone Hall and spent our last day touring historic homes minutes from our suite. Our thanks to Matt for being so responsive to our questions and for the offer to put us in the larger suite. We will recommend and return.

Great Experience

The property was a great home base for exploring the downtown area. Matt was great to work with and was very responsive and helpful when the elevator that serves the building went out of order late at night one of the nights of our stay.

Superb location in downtown Charleston

My husband and I rented the condo for three days. Matt was very accommodating during the process. The condo is charming with a kitchenette and a comfortable king size bed. You cannot beat the location---so close to Charleston Place, King Street, the Market, Starbucks, etc. The only negative was that the water took a while to heat up for our morning showers!

Perfect place for two in the heart of everything downtown!

Clean, quiet and comfortable condo! We had had everything we needed for our stay in beautiful, historic Charleston! Only negative was the hot water took awhile to warm up in the shower and sinks and was not over abundant. The water wouldn’t keep us from renting again when we have a chance to come back to this wonderful city!

Fall visit to Charleston

Great location, within walking distance to restaurants, The Market, attraction, and shopping. The property did have a few minor drawbacks. 2 small TV's, would be nice to have a larger one in the living room. Very, very noisy HVAC system. Elevator broke down Friday evening but we used to stairs. Music from down stairs was quite loud on Saturday but it did stop at 11:00 PM. Needs better lighting. It got very cool Sunday night and we were unable to turn the heat on. And lastly the parking was a bit expensive but we knew it would be, $67.00 for 4 days ( we did leave the parking deck for about 6 hours on Saturday).These for my wife and I were minor distractions and I we would have no problem booking this property again. Thanks Matt.
