Superb location in downtown Charleston

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I rented the condo for three days. Matt was very accommodating during the process. The condo is charming with a kitchenette and a comfortable king size bed. You cannot beat the location---so close to Charleston Place, King Street, the Market, Starbucks, etc. The only negative was that the water took a while to heat up for our morning showers!

Perfect place for two in the heart of everything downtown!

  • 5 of 5

Clean, quiet and comfortable condo! We had had everything we needed for our stay in beautiful, historic Charleston! Only negative was the hot water took awhile to warm up in the shower and sinks and was not over abundant. The water wouldn’t keep us from renting again when we have a chance to come back to this wonderful city!

Fall visit to Charleston

  • 4 of 5

Great location, within walking distance to restaurants, The Market, attraction, and shopping. The property did have a few minor drawbacks. 2 small TV's, would be nice to have a larger one in the living room. Very, very noisy HVAC system. Elevator broke down Friday evening but we used to stairs. Music from down stairs was quite loud on Saturday but it did stop at 11:00 PM. Needs better lighting. It got very cool Sunday night and we were unable to turn the heat on. And lastly the parking was a bit expensive but we knew it would be, $67.00 for 4 days ( we did leave the parking deck for about 6 hours on Saturday). These for my wife and I were minor distractions and I we would have no problem booking this property again. Thanks Matt.

Fantastic location!

  • 4 of 5

The location of this place can't be beat! Getting our bags up to the room was a little tricky, as we had quite a few and there was no street parking available, for unloading, but we made it work. The showerhead could use a little TLC but, otherwise, we had a comfortable bed and everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Too much humming to sleep

  • 1 of 5

Location is wonderful but the fact that three large air conditioner systems are located on the roof right above the bed, is a big negative. It sounded like a jet engine above our bed with a loud humming 24 hour hours a day.i am sorry to say I would never rent again. FYI we stayed in the Charleston suite.

Great Pre-Honeymoon, Perfect Charleston Location

  • 5 of 5

We got married (we live near Atlanta) a few days before the big Eclipse, and wanted to take a mini-honeymoon, since we were taking a cruise in September. The totality was going to go through Charleston, and we looked at VRBO. We got a great deal at this location, for 2 nights right during the eclipse. It was perfect.

The rooms are located right in the middle of downtown Charleston. We were able to park in their recommended public parking deck right next door, leave our car there, and walk or Uber to anywhere we wanted to go in downtown. You are 90 seconds from several great restaurants, bars and stores. A block or two away from other great locations. Smack dab in the middle of everything. And on your way home at night you can stop and get a great ice cream sandwich right next door.

The suite we stayed in was awesome. Nice little kitchen and living room area, and a very charming bedroom. Amazing bathroom, with a huge tub, nice shower, Jacuzzi jets.

Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. We definitely plan on coming back and staying longer!
