Located across from the Kihei Boat Ramp and Kama'ole III Beach Park this is the perfect spot for those who love the water and don't want to drive 30 minutes for those snorkel & scuba diving trips to Molokini. Easy access to the best beach on Maui, Keawakapu, just one block away.
Our condos have a warm, inviting feeling and have been custom designed for a fun and relaxing time for us as well as our guests. Fully equipped kitchens have been completely remodeled with maple cabinets, a full size range, microwave, Dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. I grew up living in Seal Beach, Southern California, I love the beach, and Maui is always warm & lovely. Bob & I have been going to Maui for over 23 years. We love to come over and enjoy the beach, although most of the time we are working on improving our condos for our guests enjoyment, making sure all is up to snuff :)

Why Karen Newton chose Kihei
We love Maui, we were going to buy next door (Kamaole Sands), While there looking, there was an open house at Hale Kamole, so we went and had a look. Really loved what a difference, low density, wonderful tropical gardens and the units are larger too, nice views over the gardens, Hale Kama'ole was the pick for me! And so it began with #239, then we added #250 with a super ocean view and larger. We also purchased #162 over 10 years ago to add to our retirement plan :)
What makes this Condo unique
Ground floor walk out are the premium units at Hale Kama'ole. Guests love to walk out to the pools, bbq's and tennis court. They also love the close proximity to Kamaole III Beach Park. It is just across little old South Kihei Road.

Excellent value and location...
My family of 3 felt very at home in this condo. It is exactly as described and the owner provided plenty of extras - beach and pool gear, toiletries, even a “buyer card” to get savings at the grocery store. I only needed to contact the property manager to get the pool lock gate code, and she responded almost immediately.
The grounds were lovely and the unit is walking distance to the beach. The owner was always responsive and very easy to work with.
Note this is not a luxury resort and does not pretend to be. But I agree it is a solid gold value if you want comfort close to the beach.

Lovely condo in great location
We loved staying in this condo. It is at a great location in South Kihei where we took walks by the ocean and watched incredible sunsets. The condo is updated, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Perfect for two people. Easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The condo manger was so helpful, especially when we couldn’t figure out the door combo. We look forward to staying there again.

Five-Star Vacation in Hale Kamaole
We've been the first time on Maui and enjoyed our vacation in Kihei so much. Our apartment in Hale Kamaole was great - so much space, very well equipped with all we need for our stay (kitchen as well as bathroom, washing machine & dryer). The large bed was very comfortable. The condo is very clean and Kihei is a great location. We'd like to come back - Thank you, Karen!
Unit 162, lower pool, ground floor walk out, it is an 'outie' (open on two sides) lanai. Located at the very South end of Kihei, very close to Wailea, the Shops of Wailea and the Grand Wailea Hotel. Super Sunny location, wonderful world class beaches easy short walk from the door

High Season, 7 night minimum stay unless it is an "infill" reservation. Check in is 3 p.m., Check out is 11 a.m. If you have a late flight home, you may want to book an additional night. Cancellations: We recommend travel insurance to help manage the unexpected. We hope it doesn't happen, but if it does... Prior to balance due date: $100 administration fee. after balance due date: No refunds, You are liable for full payment. If the unit can be rented, prorated refund. I do try to work with people who need to cancel, I understand, it is very rare to cancel a Maui trip for a nice reason.....
