About this property

Cozy Casita with sunroom on peaceful acreage - 10 min to downtown Knoxville

The Casita is located on a 3.5 acre property adjacent to the main house on a quiet dead-end street. There are stunning concrete floors throughout. The living room has a 60" smart TV, Apple TV (use your own account and streaming service), a three-cushion sofa and chair. The kitchen boasts winsome wooden countertops, Kitchen Aid appliances, including a gas range and plenty of drawer and cabinet space. Dine seated at the butcher block table with a lovely view of the property. The bedroom features a king size Tempurpedic bed and 100% cotton linens. The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower with wonderful water pressure, a spacious vanity and medicine cabinet, and is complete with 100% cotton linens. Repose, or flow your vinyasa in the sunroom (yoga mat and bolsters provided). Off of the sunroom is a covered porch great for dining or enjoying the view. If you enjoy some hammock time, bring yours, we have plenty of good space for hanging out.

Property maintenance is usually done on Fridays.

Trash pick-up is every Thursday morning. (Rolled out to the street Wednesday night)

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please place all used linens to be washed in the sunroom floor by the sliding glass door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
As a courtesy to the concrete floors, if you wouldn't mind, please remove shoes when entering house. Small pebbles, etc. can gouge floors. Thank you!

Our stay was great and in close proximity to Neyland Stadium for a game. Andrew was a wonderful host with a beautiful property. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay 10/10 would recommend.

Why they chose this property

I love the location and the vibe here. I can be downtown in 10 minutes or less and it feels and looks rural. It's a low-traffic, dead end street and the noise pollution is minimal.

What makes this property unique

It's a 3.5 acre lot with plenty of shade trees in the spring, summer and early fall. A stand of walnut trees right outside your door provide a nice place to hang a hammock or lay a blanket to enjoy the view of the property looking south and west.
