New Smyrna Beach Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has vacationed in the Daytona area for many years (from Canada). This year we thought we would try New Smyrna Beach, and glad we did. We rented Appartement 503 and we’re so pleased with the condo. The size was perfect and the unit was very clean. We had a great view from the balcony and enjoyed the no car beach. The location was exactly what we were looking for, beach front and away from large crowds (our visits was mid March). There is a convenience store across the street and just down the road is a Publix. The only negative, which is extremely disappointing, was the WiFi. The WiFi is spotty at best and we were only able to use it close to the patio door and bedroom window. If there was an issue you had to wait for the office staff to come in to work next to reset the modem. We left on a Sunday morning and the modem went out at 5:05p.m. Friday, this left us mo means of verifying and pershing our online bookings. We were looking for a condo which we could return to on a regular basis, unfortunately due to the WiFi issue we will have to pass on this one.

It may be a tad inconvenient to get up the 5th floor, but the view from the balcony is worth it. We sat and watched dolphins in the ocean while enjoying our meals

Love this place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a very pleasant stay eat Sea. Coast Condos. The only recommendation I would make is for the staff to explain the use of umbrellas, and other equipment for guests. We were not aware of the availability or even if it was free to guests. No big deal.

503 Ocean View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying in this unit every summer for the past 10 years. It is always very clean and well-supplied with towels and cookware/dishes. The view from the 5th floor balcony is incredible! There are new flat screen tv's in the living room and bedroom, and the living room has plently of comfortable seating for our family. The pool is excellent with plenty of chairs, and you can borrow umbrellas and shuffleboard equipment from the office. This condo is on then no-drive part of the beach, and the beach is just a short walk down the stairs and is typically not very busy. New Smyrna is a great, family-friendly town with lots of good restaurants, and is a short drive to Daytona and about an hour to the Orlando area. We love Sea Coast, and love staying in unit 503, and would highly recommend it!

Reviewer Comments: The unit is older, pictures accurate, master bed comfortable, nice to have updated TVs. We didn't cook so can't comment on appliances, refrigerator was clean and newer. Negatives, master shower NEEDS work, and wifi connects only near door wall and balcony. Older family friendly community, and no drive beach is always nice. Not a fan of the u shaped condo units, spoiled by oceanfront. Management did not return call about wifi and did not give us the password info on arrival. Overall, happy to get a family friendly budget condo on a short notice.
