House was perfect for our group (9 total between two families with kids). Had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. The best part was the proximity to the lift, very easy 5-minute walk. Would definitely stay again!
Great location! Convenient to bus line that takes you anywhere in Park City. Great family room for family gatherings. Plenty of space for everyone! Would definitely rent again.
Wonderful location. Needs a little TLC. Cabinet doors off hinges, many missing light bulbs, closet doors off rails, carpet needs cleaning, some mildew in bathroom. That said if address issues would stay again
We had the best time at Susan’s house last week. The house is a short walk from Park City Mountain and a quick bus ride into town. We skied every day and returned home to use the jacuzzi which our kids enjoyed. The living room is great for group gatherings and the bedrooms are comfortable. Susan was great at communicating and answering our questions as well. We hope to return to Park City and stay at this house again!
Fantastic location to the base of the mountain! We were comfortable doing the walk in ski boots. There is a ski check at the base for $10/day. There is also boot check available, which we did not utilize. The kids enjoyed the hot tub outside on the back patio. The heated driveway was a plus and made it easy to get our transit van out after it snowed. Location can't be beat!
The house was a perfect layout for our group. The young adult boys fully enjoyed the bunk room and downstairs living space. It allowed them to stay up at all hours of the night and not disturb the rest of the group. The kitchen was well stocked. Cookie sheets would have been nice but we managed. Our group enjoyed the hot tub every night! The two King suites were big and the beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to update the bedding and pillows. It’s a small thing but has a big impact.

Convenient...
...But eh.
Dated. Limited towels. Bunk bed room is tiny. Only the top floor rooms (2) have their own bathroom. Walk to the mountain is GREAT, though. I guess that's what you're paying for. Otherwise, eh. Sorry.
The house was in a great location! The walk to lift was so convenient. Overall, we were very content with the house. The house was cute, but in need of a little TLC. The upstairs fireplace did not work as shown in the photos. The carpet on the main level was a little dirty. Also, the hot tub was not clean and had to be serviced a day or two after we arrived. Lastly, the middle floor bedrooms mattresses were uncomfortably hard.
We have stayed several times in Park city. This property is in a great location and has good space. However, it needs a little love. We had occasion to meet the very accessible and very friendly caretaker, but the house itself needs more than can be done in a few hours between visitors. Those things are relatively minor for the most part… carpets need cleaned, Broken door knobs, cabinets that have broken knobs or just don’t work, no mixing/salad bowl or tongs or hot pads or kitchen towels, the binder of information was old information…( We were looking for restaurant recommendations, and I called several of the places from the binder to find it was inaccurate info- but google works and the internet was excellent ). The biggest issue for us was that the basement bedroom bunkbeds were super noisy so our teenage/college age kids could not stand to sleep there. Having said that the couches were comfortable and the upstairs bedrooms, the front one in particular, are huge so plenty of floor space for kids to sleep. None of these things would stop us from staying there again, but for the cost of homes in good locations in Park City I didn’t expect to leave such a long punch list upon check out.
All that said, we would definitely stay here again

Great layout and location, but poor communication and hot tub issues.
This house is located an easy five minute walk from the slopes and a ten minute walk from Main Street. The layout was perfect for 4 couples and 5 children (ages 3-15). The pictures are accurate, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need (cookware, spices, detergent, plastic wrap, and such).
Our stay would've been perfect if it wasn't for a major issue with the hot tub (the main reason we booked this house in the first place) and the communication around that issue. When we arrived, the guest services contact told us the hot tub has a broken part, and it wouldn't be available until the next day. He said a part was "overnighted." From that moment, no contact was initiated with us from him or the owner; we had to do the checking in via calls and VRBO messaging on the status of the repair. We arrived on Saturday, and the hot tub was not repaired and warm until Wednesday, the last day of our trip. No efforts were made to apologize or right this major disappointment. If anything, the communication from the owner was not only slim but curt.
There are many other houses in Park City with the same convenient location, size, and price range. If we visit again in the future, we won't rebook this house simply because of how disrespectful it felt to have such a major issue with poor communication and near indifference from the owner.

I'm sorry the communication was a disappointment for your group. Your group was told that the part was being overnighted for Monday delivery. It came in late Monday and was installed on Tuesday. With the cold temps it takes awhile for the tub to heat up. Our team does everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Sometimes things break and we do everything possible to do repairs timely.
House was perfect for our family!
Close to the slopes & downtown... we only used our car once!
...& being able yo soak in hot tub after a day of skiing was just perfect!
Susan was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. The home is close enough to walk to the resort; however I do recommend renting a car as there is a garage (with heated floors) and Main Street is a short drive away. It was perfect for a large family. We had 6 adults and 4 children and it was very comfortable for all of us. The kids really loved the bunk room and their own living room!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Park City home. It was exactly as listed and had a wonderful floor plan with many amenities for our family to enjoy. The hot tub was very relaxing and the short walk to Main Street was a plus.
Nice spot, good location and house layout. Indoor house stairs are a bit tricky so watch your step. Had an issue with hot tub but eventually got it resolved. Susan was responsive.
