Ample uncovered, parking outside of the home. The yard features a fenced in area with artificial turf. The air-conditioning is a mini split located in the living room and kitchen area only. Easy access to the best restaurants, hidden gems, attractions of So Cal! Quick freeway access to popular destinations such as Lego-land, Disneyland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, Temecula Wineries and much more. Our beach home is perfect for a family vacation, couples getaway, or friends looking for some relaxing time. LOVE LIVING MANAGEMENT HAS FURNISHED UNITS AVAILABLE FOR RENT ACROSS ALL OF SAN DIEGO.



**Pet Policy:

- Pets are welcome, but must stay off all furniture.

- An additional fee of $150 per pet applies to your stay.

- If any damages result from pets, you will be responsible for covering those costs.
