Getting Around:

Getting here is a breeze with well-maintained roads that offer scenic views of the Smoky Mountains, making your drive as enjoyable as your stay. The complex sits atop a steep hill, so while access is smooth year-round, we do recommend a 4WD vehicle during the winter months for added ease.

It is so out dated cabin if someone want to see how a granny house looks like this is the example. Dirty carpets old stove,dishwasher don’t work properly and have to clean all dishes by self. Scratch coating pots. Stained linens. Master bedroom’s ac is window unit. Upstairs bathroom didn’t have exhaust fans. Lower bathroom didn’t close properly because of broken lock. Dryer’s half options work and half not. Patio door can’t be locked and someone can climb from other balcony easily thankfully it didn’t happen. Difficult paking side of the road. Swimming pool is a big mess only one big pool the smal one in the photos covered with woo boards. Poor cleaning no one on the pool in emergency their office area was closed look like years. Did not recommend at all!

The ad is VERY misleading. I was expecting a CLEAN place to stay at a reasonable time with all the stuff listed in the ad that we would have. The ad said we could check in at 3:00pm. It also said they would contact me within 32 hours of arriving to give me instructions on our cabin unit number & the pass code to get in. The ad stated there would be a grill, firepit area for the cabins. A king bed & bath, Queen bed & bath, room with 2 sets of bunk beds, high top table & chairs.Okay, now the complaining!Arrived at 5:30pm, finally got a unit number & pass code to get in after 7pm.Get the the unit, super excited to put the pass code in so we can finally rest from a 6 hour drive, walk in with a smile and the smell slaps that smile right off ur face. The carpet was super nasty, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Hair, lint, paper, eye drop bottles, leaves and dirt everywhere. Bed linens & towels thrown down the stairs in the floor.Got upstairs, no bed linens, no towels, toilet full of somebodies feces along with the smell. We called & messaged & finally some from Peace of mind answers me back.They wanted pictures. Sent them, 30 mins later they tell me they'll send a cleaning crew.3 & half hours later the cleaning crew showed up. There was not a private grill, firepit,queen bed rm, washer leaks water when running, back door would not lock, outside table piled with tons of sticks & leaves. I asked to be comp'd since we couldn't check in until after 10pm.I havent hear

We chose this neighborhood because it's right in the heart of Pigeon Forge super close to all the fun but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Our place is in a great spot where you can easily get to places like The Island, Dollywood, and tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions within minutes.

What we love most is the vibe it’s friendly, relaxed, and perfect for both families and couples. You’ll see people out enjoying the area, maybe heading to a show or grabbing ice cream nearby. Plus, the mountain views around here never get old. It really gives you that Smoky Mountain feel without being far from anything.
