The Space:

Morning light filters through the canopy of oak trees as you step onto the spacious yard, and the gentle hum of Pensacola’s downtown streets drifts in the distance. You can picture a leisurely coffee on the patio, the scent of fresh citrus in the air, and the laughter of friends gathering under the shade. The property feels both private and communal, offering six distinct homes that invite you to spread out, relax, and explore the coastal city together.



Sleeping arrangements

Duplex One – Unit A: two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed; a third bedroom with a Queen bed topped by a single bunk above and a single trundle below – sleeps 8.

Duplex One – Unit B: two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and a single trundle underneath, the other with a Queen bed – sleeps 5.



Duplex Two – Unit C: one bedroom with a Queen bed and a single trundle underneath – sleeps 3.

Duplex Two – Unit D: one bedroom with a Queen bed and a single trundle underneath, plus a living‑room sleeper sofa that converts to a Queen bed – sleeps 5.



Single‑Family House – Unit E: three bedrooms, a King Bed in the master, two rooms each with bunk beds (four single beds total), and a room with two bunk beds (four queen beds) – sleeps 14.

Single‑Family House – Unit F: two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, and a living‑room sleeper sofa that converts to a Queen bed – sleeps 6.



Outdoor living

The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.



The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants . We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. If you'd like the inside scoop for additional local beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops we have a guidebook to provide assistance!



The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.



Pensacola is one of americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.
