The house was beautiful, plenty of room for large groups, nice pool, great location to beach and restaurants. Elizabeth, at property management company was very nice and accommodating.

THE PROPERTY WAS GREAT! HOUSE WAS AS ADVERTISED. VERY CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL. BUT THE STAY SUCKED BECAUSE OF THE HURRICAN WE HAD TO EVACUATE 2 DAYS EARLY. HOPE WE GET SOME MONEY BACK. WILL UPDATE POST AT A LATER DATE. BUT WOULD RENT THIS HOUSE AGAIN.

The property was very nice and really liked that the beach was across the street. Much easier to bring stuff to set up on beach with a large group. Everything inside was very clean and had all the needed start up supplies. The pool was clean and well maintained. We did have to make a service call for a frozen a/c unit late the afternoon of arrival. The office was closed, however someone responded via text and a service person was there that night the fix the problem. The one suggestion I have is if you like to cook while you visit here you may want to bring a couple of pots. They had a few but not enough to cook for a big group. There was also an additional refrigerator in downstairs suite which was nice because we were 20 people. The only issue we had was the smell and flies around the trash cans. This is probably an ongoing issue due to the size of the home and the amount of people who stay each visit. The cans need to be at least rinsed out to help with situation. This is not in any way a deal breaker to stay here again. The last time we stayed on the bay side we had the same issue!

Sorry about the frozen A/C on arrival — we appreciate your patience and are glad our team could respond by text and have a technician out that night. Thank you for the cookware suggestion; we’ll add more pots so larger groups have enough. We also apologize for the trash-can odor and flies — we’ll ensure cans are rinsed and liners refreshed more frequently between stays to help prevent that. Great location!

This house is in the perfect spot with beach access right across the road. The set up was great for our group of 5 families. Plenty of space. The private pool was a huge plus and happy with it being gated to keep the kids safe. Would highly recommend!

Team trip

Our team came down to play in a volleyball tournament and we had an absolute blast. The rooms were way bigger than I had anticipated, we had plenty of space for all of our players to hangout. The pool was an awesome touch for those who wanted to swim but couldn’t because of Francine coming in the day we got there. Overall we had a great time and played well in the tournament too, so that was a plus!

Pensacola family vacation

The 14 family members had a wonderful time staying in Pensacola Beach. The house worked well for us - everyone had their space. We were a little spoiled from a previous beach house which had more bathrooms and two laundry rooms but it worked out just fine. We were just steps away from the beautiful beach. The pool made it nice for swimming when we chose not to be at the beach. Overall the only thing I would have changed is the decking and more comfortable seating on the deck.

Fantastic property for large family

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our holiday family vacation. The layout allowed plenty of time together while the bedrooms were quiet enough to allow folks private/sleep time when needed. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook and it was awesome to have a gas grill on hand. Close beach access, an amazing porch and beautiful decor sure made it tough to leave. Huge kudos to the property team that communicated so clearly every step of the way. Can I give 6 stars :)??!
