The sliding glass patio doors open to allow the outdoor patio to flow seamlessly into one of the main living spaces of the home. On the interior of this level you have a full sized gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, living space equipped with SMART TV, one full bath, & one bedroom with a twin sized trundle bed with a second twin patters that pulls out from underneath& ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is a twin sized sleeping nook great for young children! There are two sets of washers & dryers on this level one in the hallway & the other in the attached two car garage.

On the second level of the home is where you will find the premiere ocean front primary suite. This primary suite takes full advantage of the ocean views with a shower/tub combo that allows you to take in the views from there.
