One of the Best Orange Beach has to offer! Rarely do you come across a first floor corner unit just steps away from the sugary white sandy beach. Awaken to breathtaking views of the sunrise over the ocean and perhaps catch a view of dolphins swimming in the rolling waves. Dolphin Key is a low density building having only 24 units with it's own private beach area.The property has a gulf front pool, dune walkover,covered parking,charcoal grills for your use. This is a perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation.The unit has been recently updated with class and comfort in mind.Beautiful new tile in the living areas and new flooring in the bedrooms,new living area furniture and all new bedding and linens await your arrival.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay.There is a wet bar with a new ice maker in the living area. This smoke free condo, has free WiFi, sleeps 8 comfortably with a King size bed in the master suit which has a sliding glass window to the balcony.The master bath has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms each have 2 full size beds in them.The living area has a comfy queen size sleeper sofa. This unit is Non smoking with no pets allowed, minimum age to rent 25 yrs old, strictly enforced. During the summer there is a minimum of 7 nights stay. There is a minimum of three nights stay in the off season.Please check the availability by checking the calendar below.

We loved the Condo!Low density beach front.. unfortunately like everywhere else ..new builds coming close. The Condo was SUPER Clean and Comfortable ! Kudos to the cleaning crew!! Looks like the outside was getting some updating while we were there. I believe this may be an older Condo building?The owners helped us multiple times with questions through out the process and stay! Very Helpful and kind.Would Definitely stay again!

Great Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at Dolphin Key. Beautiful condo right on the beach. Watched dolphins from the Patio every morning. The views are amazing. This was a perfect place for our family and definitely plan to stay here again. The hosts are wonderful to work with!! It was a great week❤️

We love this condo!! It is definitely our most favorite place to stay. Beautiful and it is located close to all things Orange Beach that we love!!!! We will Never stay anywhere else!!! This is my 4th time staying here over the last decade, and it was just a great this trip as it has ever been. The condo is spacious and very clean. The private pool is great, and the view of the gulf from the balcony is perfect. Easy access to the beach. Overall, this is a great condo for families, and we plan to return.

This is our second time staying in this condo. We took our kids and grandkids last year and loved it. Took my parents and Aunt and Uncle this time and they can’t wait to go back themselves. Best Condo in OB!!!

We have stayed at this condo two years in a row. We have been going to OB for 11 years, and this condo is the best we have ever stayed in. Comfortable bedding, well-supplied kitchen, new full-sized washer and dryer, easy access to the beach, the condo and building are clean and well maintained, and the pool is clean and well kept. One of the best aspects of this condo is the parking. Both years we have stayed there is always plentiful parking. The owners respond quickly to requests.

We bought this unit in 2002 and have spent many weeks with our four children enjoying the beach. This unit is truly special to us as we have many cherished memories of time spent there.

Why they chose this property

We grew up renting condos in the Orange Beach/ Perdido area. The area offers so many attractions from Golf to fine restaurants to great shopping that you never run out of things to do.

What makes this property unique

This condo is very unique because it offers easy access to the beach. You are literally one small walkway from the water. When you have small children or older parents it is such a plus to not have to walk far to the beach! It is also never crowded, you do not have to fight for a spot on the beach. There are only a few rentals in the building, mostly owners. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent from a local vender.
