Welcome to Marlin Key! Prepare for an unlimited vacation experience in this low-density complex. Embrace breathtaking Gulf views from your private balcony, take a dip in the Gulf-front pool, savor the catch of the day with the outdoor grilling area, or delight in a relaxing sunset stroll along the pristine sugar-white sandy beaches. Beach rentals for padded chairs, umbrellas, and more are readily available, enhancing your beachside comfort. The Orange Beach and Gulf Shores areas are brimming with attractions, from theme parks, renowned restaurants, championship golf courses, nature walks, bike trails, to a treasure trove of shops and boutiques.

Upon entering this sprawling three-bedroom, three-bath condo, you'll immediately notice the luxurious décor. The first bedroom, perfect for little ones, features two sets of bunks. Moving along, the next bedroom boasts a beautifully decorated queen canopy style bed. The hallway leads to a well-equipped kitchen, a wet bar, a dining area, and a spacious living room with large glass balcony doors offering mesmerizing Gulf views. The kitchen comes fully furnished with cooking utensils, appliances, pots, pans, and place settings for 12. The dining area seats six, complemented by additional seating at the bar. The large living space includes ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and balcony access. The Gulf-front master suite boasts a large king bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, a day bed with trundle for two additional guests or children, a water closet, a jetted tub, a separate steam shower. The balcony door in the master in "window only" it's blocked by outdoor furniture and inoperable.

For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st necessitate a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months, with minimum stays of three or seven nights, subject to unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are mandatory and available for purchase upon arrival or through our office. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 parking passes for 2 cars. Linens are provided, excluding beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of essentials. The under-counter ice maker is not currently operable but the refrigerator ice maker works great.

Rental applicants must be at least 25 years old, with photo ID required at check-in. No Smoking is permitted. No Pets are allowed.

We always stay in a condo at Marlin Key. This condo was very nice. The furniture was comfortable and the master beds and guest beds were very comfortable. The bunk beds were a bit hard but good enough for young kids to sleep on. The only issue we had was the temperature could not go colder than 68 degrees, which is understandable for the units in the hot temperatures. But we only had very thick comforters for the beds, so we got pretty warm at night. It would’ve been nice to have thinner blankets on the beds.

The condo was nice. Loved the flow of the condo. We did notice that it had some issues. Jet tub needs to be cleaned, master shower had mold, some of the furniture was broken, sliding doors in master bedroom would not open and outdoor furniture needs replaced. Overall the condo was nice.

Great location- right on beach! Great for families. Condo we had was perfect for 2 families. Couch not the best felt greasy , dirty.. Some dishes dirty and overall place was dusty . We all washed sheets because 1st night they felt sandy 🤷‍♀️.. I think the property management that owns the cleaning/housekeeping could do much better ! Otherwise we would definitely stay again .. nice size condo building very easy to get around.

Needs improving. The refrigerator doesn't work properly. It was dirty when we got there. Had to clean ourselves. But we did have a cold a/c. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The lighting didn't work in the halls so it was dark when we would come back to the condo.

Poole and Assoc were the worst realty company I have EVER had dealing with!! They are totally not customer oriented. Also they have no business managing a property so far away in Perdido. Would not let me check in and go on down the beach and wait for a text to go to the unit Marlin Key 2C. Then had to drive back up there to leave keys at checkout 20 miles total out of my direction to go home. Called to report TV in main room not working on Sunday. Man came & it came on soon as he arrived.. He said it need a new HDMI cable but left without replacing. Had trouble all week with this and called 3 times about it. No one came

Ok so this condo was amazing you literally are right on the beach , you have a view from your balcony of the ocean and in the master bedroom you have a view of the ocean , the mater bath is huge!!! and beautiful, it has a huge tub and a separate shower , the living room couches are super comfy , the kitchen is huge with every essential that you need to cook then you have a beautiful guest bedroom with its own bath and a kids room with two bunk beds and it’s own private bathroom , this place is top notch it’s farther down on the beach going towards Pensacola so it’s a bit more private it’s not overcrowded at all!!! Oh I almost forgot the pool is very clean and perfect size and it was never crowded, if your looking for a great place to stay , look no further this is it !!!

Amazing.

This was our first time to stay at our Marlin Key and we brought kids and grandkids. It was the first time the grans had seen the ocean and we all had a ball. We loved the condo and the views. Loved the fact that it was not a high rise and very family oriented. Looking forward to next year!

Our first time renting this condo. Didn't particular like the pictures on the internet but wasn't really consider as we were only there to sleep. The décor was well done and the rooms were big, very nice decor and roomy. Beds were comfortable also. One room had bunk beds and one bathroom, one had a queen with its own bathroom, and Master bedroom had a king and a trundle bed which pulled out and sleeps two and its own private bath. Quiet location right over the pass into the bay but close enough to Orange Beach for restaurants. It is only steps away from beach. Beaches are clean and no high rise condos close by so not lots of crowds. Walked to the FloraBama too. Not very far. Would definitely stay again.

My family had a wonderful vacation at this condo. Very spacious. We ate every meal in condo and the kitchen is well equipped. Wish the ice machine was working but everything else was perfect. Did not have to wait on elevator one time.

The condo was beautifully furnished with a beach view from our balcony. There were ten of us and everyone had plenty of room for comfort. The kitchen was well equipped. The only down side was a poor internet service. There is easy access to plenty of restaurants.

Spring Break 2016

My family stay here March 26th through April 2nd. The condo was just as pictured and more. We cooked several meals while here and the condo was well equipt with everything we needed. The view is awesome. The condo is way more spacious than it appears. I would highly recommend Marlin Key. I loved that the building is not a high rise and was not loaded with people. Great beach! Thanks for allowing my family to enjoy you home!
