We had a lovely weekend at this cozy and quaint beach cottage. Very well appointed and renovated beautifully. Contacted the host several times and he responded immediately and was very helpful. The weather didn’t cooperate after day one but we did utilize the outdoor space on that day. Took 2 beautiful hikes in the area. The inside space is small but was a two minute walk to a lovely beach and adorable restaurant with a water view. Very clean, dog friendly.

We had a great stay and would stay here again. The space worked well for our family of 4. The downstairs bedrooms are tight but fine- I ended up sleeping upstairs with the kids which was much less claustrophobic. All beds were very comfortable! Upstairs has lots of space- you could actually sleep 8 in the house- but you might be falling over each other during the waking hours! I loved the sun porch and spent most evenings reading out there. My only complaint was that the daybed smelled like wet dog and no one but me would sit on it, even after I covered it in towels, but the owner assured us that was not the norm and it would be cleaned. The outdoor space is lovely and very usable. The beach is small but close by and nice for morning walks. Restaurants within walking distance were a good option as well. The updates and finishes in the house were very well thought out, even with brand new retro appliances - so cute!

This specific location is the most centralized location to our favorite spots in the Cape. 20 minutes in one direction you have Chatham, and 20 minutes in the other direction you have the ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.
