This is a great property. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. It was also very convenient for all of the things we did in Tempe.

House was huge, clean, and perfect for our big group. The kids enjoyed the pool all afternoon. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. Thank you for sharing your home!

This house was comfortable and well furnished. The only hiccup was the absence of spare bed linens to make up the couch bed. The property was otherwise clean and well stocked.

Fake Booking

We were left stranded at the door. No answer via text, calls, doorbell

I'm so sorry about the miscommunication. The listing was brand new on VRBO and I didn't realize it was on instant booking. I didn't realize there was a booking until I landed from a 5 hr plane flight and saw the disaster in my inbox. I assure you the property is not a fake listing, just new to VRBO (see our AirBnB listing, it's been there for almost 2 years). Thanks and again, please accept our apologies.

Pool und Garten inklusive der Gartenmöbel müssten mal renoviert werden, sonst okay. Wirklich nur 4 Stühle am Esstisch, wie auf dem Foto zu sehen, bei mehr Personen am Tisch braucht man Klappstühle.

Thank you for the review Christoph. I failed to mention that there are more folding chairs in the laundry room, as well as four more chairs in the back yard shed. I'll add that to the welcome book.
