ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire home, outdoor living spaces, decks, and hot tub. Entry is provided through a secure smart lock for seamless self-check-in.

Please note that the unfinished basement and solarium below the home are not part of the rental and will remain vacant during your stay.

Many local restaurants, coffee shops, and neighborhood attractions are within walking distance. For exploring greater San Diego, we recommend a vehicle or ride-share service. The nearest trolley station is Rio Vista Station, approximately 2 miles away.

☆ This property offers exceptional privacy and views, but some highway noise may be audible from the canyon below. Most guests find it unobtrusive, but guests sensitive to noise should take this into consideration.

☆ Earplugs and white noise machines are provided in each bedroom.

☆ The SeaBarn features loft-style architecture. Guests traveling with very young children should exercise caution around stairs and elevated areas.

☆ Pack `n Play available for families traveling with little ones.

☆ No cameras are located in guest-use areas. A security camera is located in the unfinished basement area solely to deter unauthorized access and does not view the hot tub, decks, or guest spaces.

☆ Pet-friendly property. Pet bowls and towels are provided.

☆ A rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if these requirements are not completed.

☆ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment.

☆ The SeaBarn is designed for guests seeking a unique, memorable, and character-filled experience. If you`re looking for a traditional hotel-style stay, this may not be the perfect fit. Rental Agreement

Please read and sign the agreement below

Guest, and

Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.

OCCUPANCY TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates. Check in shall be no earlier than the standard check in time on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than the standard check out time on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out. For any request to occupy a property in excess of 2 days, a separate agreement shall be required.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A noise monitor may be used to monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 0 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 0 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.

OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of 6 guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.

BOOKING FEES. Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU) Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit.
