Welcome to this charming house in Frazier Park. This marvelous property boasts a fully equipped open concept kitchen that leads to a large outdoor deck. It has 2 queen beds, 1 twin/full bunk bed, and 2 twin bunk beds across its 3 relaxing bedrooms. With 3 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. A large driveway to park at least 3 cars. Direct access to Hungry Valley Motorcycle Park and Mt. Pinos Mountain bike trails. We a have a huge park close by, 4 min waking distance, with a BBQ grill, kids park, skating park, walking trails and more, Frazier Park is a great little community, with its own store, bank, library, and so much more! Less than an hour to either Bakersfield, Castaic, Santa Clarita and San Fernando valley!
