Luxury on the Mountain


This beautiful 4000+ square foot home is the perfect gathering place for your family reunion, corporate getaway or group meeting. The spectacular entry opens to an amazing living room with ample seating for your group. Adjacent to the living room is the very large dining room and kitchen. The dining room seats 14 while the kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need with the exception of food. Each of the four bedrooms has its own private bath. A Guest half bathroom is located down the hall from the living room. The home also has a fantastic game room.

This “Vacation Home” is equipped for you to be on vacation. No need to bring your bed linens, towels or paper products. This house comes completely equipped.

The LIVING ROOM has two sofas, a love seat and chair from which your group may enjoy the 75 inch flat screen TV. If needed, one of the sofas is a queen sleeper. Enjoy the fireplace on those chilly evenings.

The large DINING ROOM with two tables and bar seating at the end of the kitchen island. Fourteen comfortable upholstered chairs provide ample seating for your entire group.

The KITCHEN, which has more than 50 square feet of counter space, is completely equipped with:

FRONT DECK has a propane BBQ and propane is provided

The GAME ROOM has a full size, eight foot, pool table and a 65 inch flat screen TV and a queen size sofa sleeper

The MASTER BEDROOM has a queen size bed and 42 inch Flat screen TV. The large walk in closet provides ample room for your belongings. The extra-large bathroom has an unbelievable 4 foot by 7.5 foot shower that has 12 shower heads.

BEDROOMS 2 and 3 are both equipped with queen size beds, 42 inch flat screen TV’s and private bathrooms.

BEDROOM 4 “The Bunk Room” is equipped with two sets of bunks. Each having full size beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. Another 42 inch flat screen provides entertainment. This bedroom also has a private bath.

Great Stay In PMC!

The house was wonderful. It perfectly fit the seven of us including the two 5 year olds who had a blast hiking, biking and playing in the game room at the house. We can't wait to come back.

5 star cabin

This cabin was so much better than the photos. Amazing views, and loved that there were so many windows. We enjoyed a night of movies with a fire going and it really set the tone. Definitely would recommend staying here.

In the woods

Beautiful and spacious home that allowed our family of 15 to have a memorable trip. The kids and adults both enjoyed the game room. Amazing cabin for a getaway trip outside LA!

Loved staying at Chris cabin. It was actually much bigger than I expected which was an amazing surprise. The house was beautiful and the appliances and kitchen were a great place to cook, drink and socialize. The location is pretty great too as it’s got some separation from other cabins. The noise was never an issue staying at this place! The beds were all really comfortable. Would 10/10 recommend for a big group getaway trip or birthday!

Great Weekend

We had a great family gathering at the house. It was spacious with lots of room for the cousins to hang out. They enjoyed fishing at the catch and release lake too. We had an issue with the plumbing at the house but Chris was very responsive and was there the next morning at 6am working outside on the issue. We would stay here again. o

Convenient to LA, but feels Miles Away

We rented for Thanksgiving and were pleased with the spacious kitchen and the large dining table. After making some adjustments for cooking at altitude, our dinner came together nicely. The kitchen is well-stocked. The house is large and offers ample space to be together but with space enough for everyone to be comfortable. Getting to and from the property from the LA area was easy even with the increased Thanksgiving traffic.
