"Licensed Town of Estes Park Vacation Home - Permit No. 23" Come and enjoy this lovely three bedroom one bathroom mountain log home with its warm and cozy real wood burning Colorado red stone fireplace and many amenities that can sleep up to 8 people. This home is equipped with a wall mounted TV, cable/wireless internet, and DVD player. The dining area has a large wood dining table with chairs for eight. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking a simple meal or an elaborate feast. It has beautiful hickory cabinets with butcher block counter-tops, a four burner smooth surface stove with and oven and an over the range microwave. There are three large bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed, and one with a bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top) and a folding cot - movable to any room. An additional 600 sq ft room is configured as a stand-alone fully furnished studio with a queen-size log bed, tv/seating area with a futon couch, an eating area with table and chairs, kitchen with microwave electric range with oven, refrigerator and bathroom with a shower . This setup is perfect for vacationing with the grand-parents or another couple or just extra room for everyone.

On one of the three decks, on the main level, you can enjoy an early cup of coffee, a meal or just sit back and soak up the sun rays and enjoy a beautiful mountain surroundings while reading a book and watching deer and elk roam through the area and maybe even a bear. Included are; two outside gas grills, firewood, child's high-chair, and a 'pak-n-play' portable crib.

About Marvin Hart

We have owned this property for a very long time. We only lived in it for 5 years and then we converted it to a long term rental. After moving back to the area (we now live in Fort Collins) we did a total renovation of the property in 2012 to make it a vacation rental that we could also enjoy when it isn't rented.

Marvin Hart purchased this house in 1973

Why Marvin Hart chose Front Range

We enjoyed this property when we lived in it raising our two sons. They now have their own families and they too enjoy coming back to Estes Park and staying here and remembering those wonderful early years.

What makes this house unique

You can enjoy views of Longs Peak, Twin Sisters or the Mummy Range from the different decks. This property is close to many things that can be found in Estes Park, but yet it is away from the downtown summer crowds and bumper to bumper slow moving traffic. You can easily reach the 18 and 9 hole golf courses. an indoor swimming pool, Lake Estes, Big Thompson River, the Fish Creek/Lake Estes walking trail, biking, hiking, Rocky Mountain National Park, shopping, observatory and so many other activities.

This house is perfect if vacationing with another couple or grandparents. Both the main level and the lower Studio unit can be locked and secured from each other. The washer and dryer are located in the utility area and are shared.

Great family week in Estes Park

Our stay at 1320 Country Club Drive was all we could ask for. The owner, Marvin Hart, had the house well supplied with everything we needed except for food. The wrap around deck was used on a daily basis for meals and card games. With three adults and two teenagers we had plenty of room for everyone. Our only disappointment was that there were no elk in the yard, although we did have several deer and rabbits...not Marvin's fault.

Great Stay in a nice area

Estes Park isn't really that big, so everywhere is convenient to everywhere else, so this house is only about a 5 or 10 minute drive to almost everything there. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Owners are great to work with. If we come back to Estes Park, we'll more than likely stay here again.

House is very easy to get to, it's right down from the highway. It has an out of town feel but still located close to Estes. Very cozy with awesome wrap around deck. Picnic table out back with fire pit. I recommend it

A wonderful cabin and facility.

Our overall experience at the cabin was very positive. We used the entire cabin plus the bonus room. We enjoyed our visit with Marvin and his wife the afternoon we checked in. The cabin had everything we needed for a mountain vacation. The cabin was very clean, well stocked and a very convenient and easy to find location. It was just minutes to downtown, and by taking a shortcut by Mary's Lake found it easy to get to the National Park. We enjoyed seeing deer, elk and hummingbirds around the cabin and in the nearby area. The large wrap around deck was a favorite place to eat as a group as well as just to relax. Even though the downstairs bathroom was small, we managed to make the two bathrooms work for our group of 11. We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of the downstairs comfy bonus room. We also enjoyed grilling, using the fireplace and laundry facilities. We would definantly like to rent this facility for future vacations.

Perfect Location, Lots of Space

We enjoyed our stay at Marvin's house. It is really well stocked and well thought out. We had everything we needed. The decks were wonderful with nice views. It was such an easy drive into RMNP. We had lots of space for all 9 of us.
