Property was clean and very well stocked. The location was perfect for getting into the park and into town. we were a group of 10 and were very comfortable.
This was a great place for friends trip. Very convenient to the entrance for RMNP. The hot tub was much used after our daily hikes. The owners were very easy to work with and quick to respond to all communication. The house was very well maintained and clean when we arrived. We hope to return here again!
The house was perfect for our family, and even better than we expected from the listing. Our kids loved the bunk room, toy space and garage activities. We enjoyed the short walk to the water and playground and loved how stocked the kitchen was. It made making meals super easy. Would definitely stay here again.
A very comfortable home. Kitchen is very well supplied. The location is perfect for visiting RMNP. The little kids loved the playroom and the playground. (As did the adults.)
We had an amazing stay in August. It is just a 1-mile hike into Moraine Park! The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and accommodated our big group. The kids had fun playing ping pong. The hot tub was nice after longs days of hiking. They had everything you could need in the kitchen.
My family loved this place. It’s close to the river, away from town and such beautiful country. The hosts stayed in touch and made us feel welcome. The property had lots of things to keep us entertained.
Well equipped and laid out house - the floor plan and amenities allow for together time and some space/privacy. Hosts were available if needed. And the walking into RMNP was ab added bonus that made this trip everything we wanted. Thanks for a great stay!
We had a wonderful weekend with our adult children and grandson. The home had many amenities and was very clean! The Christmas decorations added a home away from home feeling! We would definitely consider coming to stay again and highly recommend this beautiful home for your next stay.
We were very impressed with our stay at this home. Everything was accurately described in the listing and it was tastefully recently remodeled. We had everything we needed for 8 people to stay comfortably and the communication with the owner was excellent-prompt and responsive. Location was highly convenient and the sound of the river nearby very soothing. Would highly recommend this home.
This place had it all as far as amenities in the house and it’s proximity to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It is only a quick drive into Estes Park downtown! It had a cabin feel with conveniences near-by! As an extra bonus, it was really accommodating for toddlers as well as the teens! It can be hard to meet that age span but this property did it well!! We highly recommend!
Family from Colorado, Texas, and Oklahoma. Mostly hung out. Enjoyed go carts and the mountain roller coaster in town. House was great, had everything we needed and more. Thanks!
We had 2 families of 5 spending 3 days in Estes. This was a great location for us to do everything on our Estes list. RMNP, fun city. Mountain coaster, dinner and shops. The noise of the nearby river made it very relaxing to hang out on the deck.
Owners were great with communication and provided fun treats for movie and game nights.
Would highly recommend.
Spent a relaxing, 10-night stay at this property. Couldn't have been more perfect. Great areas for family to gather. Used the downstairs "game room" as a quilting studio for my wife. Snowed in (12 inches) for 2 of our days, and it was tremendously relaxing! High-speed internet, and plenty of games and books to stay busy. Highly, highly recommend.
Perfect house at the base of RMNP! So much to do and see in the area. House very comfortably sleeps 3 couples with nice king size beds. Basement would be the perfect set up for children with 2 sets of bunks and tv in separate space. House well equipped with kitchen serve ware and cookware. Owners very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all our messages. I would highly recommend this home if visiting the area. Good sized hot tub available but we just didn’t have the time to use - we were just so busy exploring the beautiful national park.

Hi! We are Mark and Laura and love an adventure. As a family with four grown children, we love the outdoors and hiking, kayaking, backpacking and camping. Our love for adventure is what brought us to the mountains to find a home that we could enjoy and share with others.

We love this home as it is located close to Rocky Mountain National Park with a trail close by that can be hiked right into the park. The river access is perfect for fishermen or to sit and listen to the rush of the river. A new neighborhood playground is great for the children and adults to visit and watch.
