Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please place all keys in the wall pocket next to the front door. Except building card key. This key should be returned to lockbox. A replacement fee of $50.00 will be charged for each lost key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

We’ve stayed here two years in a row now for our ski trip, and it’s become a place we genuinely look forward to coming back to.The view alone is worth it—looking out over the lake with the mountains behind it is just quiet and calming in a way that’s hard to describe. The blue spruce and aspens right off the back porch make it feel tucked into something peaceful, not just another rental.Inside, the space is really well laid out. Everyone had room to spread out when they needed it, but it still felt connected and comfortable together as a family. My kids especially loved the window beds—those ended up being their favorite part of the whole stay.Everything was very clean, the location is ideal for skiing, and overall it just feels easy to be there.We’ll absolutely be back again. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous…we were so bowled over by the cosy charm. Lakeside evenings watching the sunset and fun sunny mornings feeding the geese. Everything was easily accessible. The condo was so well equipped with everything and every detail had been thoughtfully curated. Bedrooms were super comfy and the rustic bed frames were extra charming. We will be back!

Robin and John were exceptional hosts from the very first communication. Even before our arrival, they made us feel genuinely welcomed. Robin graciously assisted me in locating a florist to deliver roses to the unit for our Valentine’s Day weekend, which made our stay even more special and personal.From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The property is absolutely beautiful, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. Every amenity you could possibly need while traveling has been considered — and everything is modern, updated, and fully functional. Nothing was overlooked.The photos in the listing are lovely — but they truly do not capture how stunning the home feels in person. It exceeded our expectations in every way.This was our first special vacation of this kind, and it could not have been more perfect. Why they chose this property

The home is lakeside to one of the largest ice skating rinks in Colorado, and has slope views and walkability to dining, fishing, kayaking and hiking. We LOVE this neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Our home is special in all seasons. In the Summer, we enjoy all of the fun that the lake provides with our kids, and our soon to be grandkids, our dogs and our friends. In the winter, we shuttle over to the slopes and do turns until we come home for ski apre.
