• There is a beautiful brook that borders our property. Please keep a close eye on children and do not leave them unattended. Do not climb net that ropes off steep drop.
• 6 guests max. No unregistered guests allowed.
• Parking for 3 cars max. Please plan accordingly. Bring All Wheel Drive or 4WD in Winter Months.
• No parties or events
• Must be 28 to book.
• Check-in time is between 4PM-11PM. No early check-ins.
• Check-out time is 10AM. Cleaners are scheduled. Please be on time. No early check-ins or late check-outs.

***Note: You're required to review and sign the Rental Property Agreement, upload license and provide a $1000 hold on a credit card via a secure portal called Owner Reservation System. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation.
***Note: No Smoking inside and outside of the property. $250 Penalty Fee for Smoking at the property, plus $500 penalty for cleaning/treatment.
