Overall this was a great stay. The host is very responsive and excellent communication throughout our stay. Accessing the house was very easy. The house is perfect for visiting the Ormond Beach area, very close to everything and with a water view. Also, nicely stocked with all the essentials (sheets, blankets, towels, cookware etc) and very clean! The beds are super comfortable, I’ve never slept so good. Probably one of the nicest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended wish I could give 10 stars!

My overall review of the property and communication was excellent. But the non master bathroom where the toilet and shower head are located in the same space. NOT GOOD! Four(4) people using that area and having to wipe down the floor before you use the toilet because someone had just taken a shower. Not good planning. But we loved the location of the house and the quiet of the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this property to our friends. Thanks for hosting us!!

Thanks Vance. This is the first question about the second bathroom. The 2nd Bathroom had quite a few limitations when the previous owner remodeled the house, thus the potty is in the far back of the shower area. Its a large, long area, but it does get wet as you know. I will look into a way to reduce the slip potential in front of the potty as moving it most likely not be possible.
