We found this property in a pinch after booking another vrbo that was nothing like described online. We were in Cooperstown for the week as our son was playing at Dreams Park and we wanted to make sure we enjoyed our family time away from the park - this location ended up giving us that great experience that we were worried we were going to miss. Located on a river leading into a big lake, we were able to fish and kayak and really enjoyed the beautiful scenery every day. The house was cozy, plenty of room to move around for my family of 4 that were staying there. Lots of games and books - lots of wildlife sightings (chipmunks, deer, beaver). It was really a great overall experience!
