• Pet-friendly: Pets are welcome! Please notify us in advance and adhere to our pet policy.
• Fishing Enthusiasts: Perfect for fishing lovers! Plenty of dockage with fishing pole holders, ample lighting for night fishing, and two fish cleaning stations. Water and power are available on the dock, plus a commercial ice maker and bait freezer. 5-10 minutes to open Ocean through Sisters Creek.
• Parking: Ample parking available with space for 4+ vehicles, plus plenty of room for trailer parking behind the laundry room — perfect for boats, jet skis, or extra gear.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals, featuring a Ninja blender, waffle maker, drip coffee maker, and plenty of pantry space for groceries and snacks.

Main Level of the Home: This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen features a drip coffee maker, Ninja blender, and a food sealer — ideal for storing all the fresh fish you've caught and cleaned. Whether you're relaxing indoors or preparing your favorite meals, this home is designed for ultimate ease and enjoyment.
Each of the three bedrooms features a luxurious king-sized bed, with two bedrooms also offering single-sized trundle beds for extra sleeping space. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom for maximum privacy and convenience. The master bedroom and second bedroom both feature direct access to the patio, perfect for enjoying the outdoors right from your room.
The living room and dining room are seamlessly connected, creating an open, spacious area perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy the convenience of a TV viewable from the dining area, allowing you to watch your favorite shows while dining or socializing.

The best part of this location is that everything is conveniently located on the main level, offering easy access and a seamless flow throughout the home.

Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy your own private outdoor paradise, featuring a beautiful pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxation. The outdoor kitchen, equipped with both a charcoal and gas grill, is ideal for cooking and entertaining. The spacious patio area offers plenty of seating, and the cornhole setup invites friendly competition. Lounge chairs are positioned to face the expansive boat seawall, complete with cleats and two ladders for easy water access. A side docking area, conveniently located next to the fish cleaning station, includes cement steps that lead directly into the water. Plus, a commercial ice maker ensures you'll have plenty of ice to keep your catch fresh. With lots of room for both boat trailer parking and car parking, this property is perfect for boaters and outdoor enthusiasts. And don't forget the beautiful mango tree that produces delicious fruit, adding a sweet touch to your outdoor oasis.


••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

House had everything you would need plus some. It’s an older house but super clean and full of amenities. Boat dock was perfect to tie up and the big ice machine we took advantage of during our offshore fishing days.
