Condo A307 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with AC. A307 has a kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, laundry equipment. There is a king bed in the upstairs loft bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. A307 has a spectacular view of Waipuilani park and the ocean. This condo is perfect for watching whales, sail board and kite boards.
Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas and 5 gas bbq grills. There are tennis and pickleball courts.
Luana Kai's Kihei condos resort is located on the ocean side of South Kihei Road. Our ocean-view buildings are set back approximately 100 yards from the water. Between the beach and the ocean-view buildings there is a grassy park area, with swaying palm trees, golf putting green, shuffleboard, pickleball and tennis courts.
Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.
* The condo is located on the third floor. There are NO elevators, you would have to walk up 3 flights of stairs.
