Beautiful home in Avila! View is fantastic, house is fantastic with everything you need and more. Walk to the cute little town and beach. Spacious, clean and comfy beds. Definitely will be back!

I travel the world for work and rent homes wherever we go. This was one of the best rentals I’ve ever enjoyed. Mid-Century Modern with a perfect balance of high-end, upgraded appliances but loved the nuance of leaving some of the original trappings in tact. The view and patio outside are amazing enough to rent this home on its own and the proximity to Avila Beach is perfect: above the vibrancy of town but close enough to easily jump in when you’re ready. The beds were deep dream-worthy and the manager was great to work with. We can’t wait to come back!

Peace by the bay

Had a wonderful time in Avila enjoying the sights and vineyards nearby. The home was perfect for what we needed. It had great views and was prepped with all the essentials including a wagon and chairs for the beach, towels, and kitchen well equipped. High quality furniture and relaxing environment. Hosts were always ready to answer questions and the vacation book provided all essential information. Looking forward to our next trip back!
