Wake up to breathtaking ocean and mountain views in the spacious primary bedroom. Unwind in total comfort on a king-size Tempur-Pedic Pro-Adapt mattress, and enjoy the privacy of an elegant en-suite bathroom featuring dual sinks, a heated/bidet toilet, and modern spa-like finishes.
The second bedroom also offers stunning ocean views and features a luxurious king-size bed with a brand-new Intimate King Koil mattress for deep, restful sleep. Thoughtfully decorated with relaxed coastal tones, it’s the perfect space to recharge after a day in the sun. The living room has a brand new queen sofa sleeper for two additional guests. Enjoy the downstairs bonus room. Perfect space for the kids or just hang out and catch the game.

Guests have exclusive use of the home. There is a lower garage and driveway on the property that is not available to guests.

The home is located at the top of San Rafael St in a quiet neighborhood. In keeping with that vibe this vacation home is best suited for families and respectful guests looking for a peaceful and memorable beach retreat.

Park your car and walk! We are just a 1/4 mile walk (downhill) to the pier, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops.

We are so excited to have you staying in our home. This has been in our family for three generations and now going onto a fourth. The stories that have been shared here are quite special in the history of Avila Beach, you can read more about Avila in the coffee table book left here for you to enjoy while you stay (copies are for sale throughout Avila should you want a copy to take home).

While our home has been updated, we tried to keep the unique built-in finishes, but add a new fresh function to everything. We hope you enjoy a bit of classic Avila Beach, California with a little updated vibe.
