Discover this cozy casita in Fallbrook near the Monserate winery vineyards. The private retreat is located in a family and pet friendly neighborhood, and welcomes guest at their convenience through their own private entry. Guest are welcomed with snacks and water for their enjoyment. The casita shares no doors with the main house, and guest have exclusive access to the private pool through their own sliding doors. Guest enter through the open concept kitchenette and living space. The modern bathroom also provides access to the pool, allowing for swimmers, children and pets easy entry to the restroom shower. Stocked with plenty of towels and general hygiene supplies. The queen bed is positioned in the open concept with a pool and fireplace view. Enjoy a latte from our local Fallbrook coffee shops or stay home and make a cup on the Kureig, while watching the water dance to the Fall breeze, while staying nice and warm near the electric fireplace with flames in your choice of color. There is also a full size bonus bed in the living room, as the sofa converts to a double padded sleeping space that can fit two adults or several children. Relax with a glass of wine from one of the many local vineyards and enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants. The casita is a 5 minute walk to the Monserate Winery and wedding venues. Nearby Wedgewood wedding venue, the Golf Club of California, Adobe Winery and Grand Traditions are all a short drive from the house. Enjoy the coveted location of Laketree Estates as we have prime access to I15 and the 76. Take the quick ride over to Oceanside and enjoy the beach in less than 20 miles, or head over to enjoy the vineyards of Temecula wine country or world renowned Escondido Safari Park. Whatever brings you to Southern California, and no matter the season, the Monserate Pool House will be a retreat for you to enjoy.

Laketree Estates is a family friendly community, in walking distance to the coveted Monserate Winery. Our pool house offers the perfect oasis for any season and occasion. Listen to the birds chirp, view the vineyards, watch the leaves change colors and escape for a while.

What makes this property unique

Cozy modern private home with exclusive access to private pool, and backyard. Pet and child friendly. We are a 5 minute walk from the Monserate Winery and wedding venue. We are a short drive to the Golf Club of California, Grand Traditions and Temecula wine country. Temecula, Oceanside and Escondido Safari Park are all easily assessable as our location offers easy highway access, while still be nestled back enough to avoid any highway sounds. The estates are peaceful, quiet and welcoming offering a tranquil escape, relaxing working space or a fun family getaway.
