Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests with a total of 5 beds, offering space to settle in comfortably. Clothing storage with a closet helps keep essentials organized throughout your stay, whether you're here for a short getaway or a longer visit.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides the room and equipment you need to cook at your own pace, supported by a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and blender. A dining table invites shared meals and unhurried conversation before heading out to explore or returning from a day along the coast.



Outdoor living

A private patio or balcony gives you a place to enjoy the warm, tropical air year-round. Outdoor furniture offers an easy spot to relax between outings, while the backyard area adds open-air space on the property. Guests also have access to shared beach access and nearby paid resort access, as well as an outdoor pool for cooling off or winding down before evening.



Comfort & convenience

Central air conditioning keeps the condo cool, and Wifi and TV provide everyday comfort. A free washer in unit makes beach days easier to manage, and the private entrance with self check-in by keypad allows you to arrive and settle in with ease. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking simplify coming and going during your stay.



Bathroom

Two bathrooms include hot water and a bathtub for added convenience.



Neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its warm, humid-tropical climate, accessible beaches, and gentle coastal atmosphere. With its steady weather and miles of shoreline, the area provides an inviting backdrop for slow strolls on the sand, quiet afternoons by the water, or peaceful evenings on the patio or balcony as the ocean air drifts in.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no.__6__ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
