The condo

This entire condo sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms. Designed for comfort and ease, the layout gives everyone room to breathe - with a private entrance and keypad self check-in making your arrival completely seamless. A single-level layout and elevator access add to the convenience for guests of all ages.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms offer flexible configurations for families or small groups, with 5 beds shared across the rooms to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Room-darkening shades help you rest well after long days on the beach, and each room is stocked with cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage with a closet to keep your stay organized.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is well equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed evening meal. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils for outdoor grilling. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, and the freedom to cook at your own pace makes longer stays especially comfortable. Please note: oil, salt and pepper are not currently stocked in this unit.

 

Outdoor living

Step out onto your private patio or balcony, furnished for enjoying the tropical air at any hour. The backyard area extends your outdoor space further, and a hammock offers a perfect spot to ease into the afternoon. Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are available for your use, along with bikes and a kayak for exploring beyond the shoreline. A BBQ grill rounds out the outdoor setup for easy al fresco evenings.

 

Pool & beach

The shared heated outdoor pool is open year-round, giving you a place to cool off whenever the mood strikes. Shared beach access puts the sand and sea just steps away, and paid resort access offers the option to enjoy nearby facilities during your stay.

 

Comfort & connectivity

Central air conditioning keeps the condo cool throughout your stay. Wifi and a TV ensure you're connected and entertained, and a dedicated workspace with a door provides a quiet area if you need to get some work done. A free in-unit washer adds everyday convenience, especially for longer visits or beach-heavy days. Luggage drop-off is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures.

 

Parking

Parking is subject to availability. In case you have a car, this unit does not have a parking space in the building but we will be happy to provide you with a parking space nearby.

 

Neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta sits along the Pacific coast within Banderas Bay, offering miles of accessible shoreline and a warm, humid-tropical climate averaging around 28°C year-round. The area is known for its relaxed pace and natural beauty - ideal for spending unhurried time together, from morning walks along the sand to evenings watching the sun dip into the Pacific.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no.__6__ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.





-No guests allowed



-Pets are not allowed



-No change of linens during your stay.



-The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.



-Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies.



-The barbecue is under availability, reserving 24 hours in advance.

-We are a company that is committed to the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption.



-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
