Very comfortable atmosphere, clean and tidy. Easy to navigate. The pool areas are great! Beach access easy. Will be coming back next year!

This was the absolute nastiest place I’ve ever seen their were bugs in the kitchen and on the bed, water stains on the walls and ceiling leftover hair on the walls from previous guest, mold on the bathtub and I was refused a refund and had to spend more money out of pocket for a different place to stay because I have a small child and this place wasn’t not livable what so ever the management team and the host were very inconsistent

Best Beach Resort Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was very helpful. The room and the resort exceeded my expectations. There was so much to do at the resort. Tons of pools and walking distance to the beach. It’s definitely worth the money. Can’t wait to go back.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was cute beds were nice but we still couldn’t get the hot water to work and they only gave us two rolls of toilet paper and one paper towel roll

Frances, I am disappointed to see a 1-star review. If you do not recall, you booked this 3rd floor walk up unit and you were struggled to walk up the stairs. I helped gather all of your belongings, personally loaded them into my vehicle, provided a free upgrade, drove you to a pharmacy and made sure you were good. You did not stay in this unit and I am not sure why you gave it a 1-star review. Really disheartening.
