Awesome House!

Great location, big rooms, perfect for entertaining family. We attended a wedding in the Seattle area. We used the house for entertaining family on Sunday. The landlord put in a lot of effort so we could watch a couple of football games also. Perfect weekend.

Easy, First-Class Stay

The owner made the accessibility of the property simple. There was plenty of space for everyone, and everything was clean. We were located very close to grocery stores and other shopping. Highly recommend.

Great place and location; just needs a few changes

Overall the stay was good. The house was perfect for our needs (in town for family wedding) and the rooms were very spacious. Also loved the backyard. Our one complaint is about the kitchen supplies. The house advertises that it sleeps 10 yet the kitchen was definitely lacking. Only 8 water glasses (2 sets of 4), only 9 total spoons (combo of soup and teaspoons), only 4 table knives, etc. They did provide 10 dinner plates but those were two different sets spread out over two cupboards. And the lack of supplies was not due to lack of cupboard space. So had there been enough supplies for all 10 of us, we definitely would have given this place 5 stars!

Perfect Vacation!

This property was perfect for our family. So many amenities and supplies were available to us that made our stay more comfortable. The home was new, modern and most important, clean! The owner was also very communicative and responsive. Also the backyard was a beautiful oasis, perfect for late evening dinners or drinks outside which we did take advantage of. Terrific Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this rental home! We have stayed in many rental homes in our travels. This home is even nicer than the pictures. The owner has left for the guests so many extras...plenty of towels, extra blankets, a fully stocked kitchen, soap and shampoo, laundry soap, umbrellas, etc., You should really consider this home if you need to stay in the area. It’s right off the 405. Convenient and easy access to everything.

Great vacation rental!

I highly recommend this home for your trip to Kirkland. Conveniently located in a good neighborhood. The home was stocked with many amenities and supplies. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Clean as well. The backyard was nicely kept and was relaxing to spend time in. Owners were extremely communicative and accommodating. We would definitely come back!!

Great Stay

We stayed in the middle of Feb 2019. We had a few glitches that we worked through. There was about 10 inches of snow on the driveway and no shovel available so we canvassed the neighbors and borrowed one. We tried barbecuing the second night we were there and quickly ran out of propane so ended up finishing the food indoors. The second last day we were there the kitchen smoke detector started beeping continuously and, being short, I couldn’t reach it. It took a few hours to get hold of the contact person who was at work and not able to help for many hours. By then my tall husband was back and was able to disconnect it by standing on a chair. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we worked through these small items.

Very accommodating!

We had 6 men that were able to stay comfortably in this wonderful property. There were plenty of kitchen accommodations in order to cook whatever we wanted. Plenty of space for meeting and gathering, and everything was comfortable and well appointed. Extremely thoughtful hosts that worked with us through any challenges that we had and they provided great guidelines and suggestions. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, beautiful home!

Beautiful, comfortable home with ALL of the amenities. Accommodated my family and extended family beautifully with lots of room for an awesome family time! Downtown Kirkland is darling and close to the home, and Seattle is close but you don't have to deal with all of the traffic! Yuli was available to answer any questions and was SO accommodating! I would highly recommend this home for your vacation! When we go back to Washington, this will be the place we will book!

Excellent Stay

Beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 boys. It worked out perfectly with a small game room upstairs that the boys could use to play their video games and not disturb the adults downstairs. Everything we needed to cook meals was provided. Home was every clean and linens were terrific. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Kirkland.
